I loved this book so much! It was beautifully written and I couldn't put it down. I would recommend this book to anyone! I was so annoyed when I finally made it to the end of the book because I loved it so much! The book didn't even leave off at a cliff hanger but I still wanted more. More of the fantastic story, more of the wonderfully constructed fantasy world, I want to know what happens next to Thea and Jay (I mean John).
Beautifully intense. Cheree manages to describe the scene so well without being too descriptive, easily painting a picture. The plot was so well formed it made perfect sense, but made you wonder. Some scenes were so intense I could almost taste the tension and desperation in the air, especially in the electrodes scene where Jay is forced to use his Ability.

This is an amazing book and I can't wait for the sequel!!!

Honestly, one of the best books I've ever read!! I got easily engaged into this book, couldn't put it down! I love the characters and the storyline, which no other book I've ever read had been written like that. Althea/Thea is an amazing storybook character, she is one of my favorite characters out of all books! The only thing is that I wish this book and author was noticed more, it's a shame how some overrated books are up there but this isn't. Cheree Peters is an amazing author, and best Australian written book. Can't wait to read Time Warper!

I became engrossed in the book in the early stages. I loved learning about the different characters in the book and as the story grew I felt I had come to know them. I enjoyed the twists and turns throughout the journey which has left me wanting to know more. I am looking forward to the sequel

A gripping and intriguing read from the get go! I loved Althea and the truths that she discovers throughout the book. She is highly likeable and Cheree's plot twists keep you wanting more.
The characters she encounters are equally engaging- a wonderful mix of those you love and those you don't!
I couldn't put the Time Catcher down and am thrilled Time Warper is finished. If you like twists and turns in your reading choices then this is the book for you!

interesting story. It's a little slow to get started, but it flows well enough after it does. I didn't realize it was part of a series until I saw it's entry here on goodreads, so perhaps it might be interesting to see where the second book goes, it should be a bit faster paced, since the background is known now.

This is a terrific book. The characters are interesting, the plot flows at the perfect pace, I got invested and didn't want to stop reading! Cheree Peters has painted the scene really well, it isn't too bogged down in description but you still know what Althea's world looks like and can imagine all the trouble she's facing. Great read

I read this after I asked my librarian to surprise me with her book picks - and am I ever glad that she did!

The story takes a little while to get going, and once it does, the pacing is really good. The story is interesting and the characters are believable teens, without being too whiny and silly - a rare treat.

Bravo Cheree Peters, I'm looking forward to getting my hands on book 2!

Set in the Kingdom of Cardiff we follow the heir to the Throne Princess Althea and her struggle to find her place in the Kingdom and what she really wants from her life . Meeting characters both likeable and not so likeable as her journey progresses TIME CATCHER becomes a real page turner as the book reaches a dramatic climax . Already long forward to the second part of the is trilogy .

Peter’s writing presents vivid descriptions of characters and place. Reading her stories puts my mind to where the characters are and what they are experiencing, and keeps me thinking of it long after. The plot invites you to keep reading so you can answer the questions that both you and Thea have for what’s actually going on in her life.
