Received as a gift- waste of paper, sorry for the trees that were used and even the recycled paper. There are better planners out there. This entire company, Intelligent Change, is built on toxic positivity, cultural appropriation and white supremacist ideas. They seem to latch on to every wellness con out there that gains traction and spin it to suit their purposes and sell crap disguised as self-help. They love words like “lunch pin”, “gratitude” and “value” which are oversimplified for their own profit motive. I would be wary of of anything this company brings out and promotes as they lack empathy and real world knowledge of how society functions and seem to only serve people who want to live in an unrealistic bubble of “positivity” without any real understanding of underlying and pervasive factors of people that don’t fit their BS and why they aren’t “productive” or “positive” or whatever the latest self-help wellness trend there is.

Genius idea to put this planner together. I loved the training and loved to use the structure. Also, I was challenged by it big time and I had to understand what made me resist to use this book. I found it and because I would appreciate if this product has the variety in cover colour, so I can buy and use it again, I am giving 4* of 5. To me, the cover creates resistance to use it. I would explain more just is not relevant for a purpose of this review, as my explanation is more about my resistance and complain that there is no variety of colours to choose from. I had a hard time to use it and found in my subconscious perception, why. So now my intention is to say, what would make a difference to me, I would buy it ongoingly and love using it every day, if there would be a choice in colour of the cover.
Otherwise thanks for this product and for the 5 min journal to the Intelligent Change guys! ♥

I just started using the planner, but I think it's helpful in its organization and ideas.
