Diary of a Crash-Landing Space Traveler: Book 2 Taming a Wolf

Rate this book
The adventures continue for space traveler Raj Storm!

In Book 2 he encounters far too many hostile mobs and has to keep his wits about him to survive. But he gets some help from a brand new friend. (Hint: it's not another villager!)

Storm visits his good friend Hagrus and learns where to find redstone. Together with his new friend (have you figured out what he is?), Storm sets off to get what he needs to fix his spaceship but ends up walking straight into danger!

Join Storm as he continues to explore, make friends, make stuff and stay alive in this beautiful but unpredictable world. Thank goodness for those boots, right?

This is the second book in the series and I enjoyed it! I understand the series is for kids and would recommend it for mid-to-late elementary school students.

In book two, Storm is still trying to navigate the new world and find the materials he needs to fix his spaceship. As with the first book, there are many clever references to the Minecraft game, including creepers and skeletons. I like how mining and other activities from the game are brought to life here.

For any kid who loves the world of Minecraft, here is a new way to enjoy the adventures in a fictional book. Oh and the new character of Comet does not disappoint either.
