J.M. Nash was born in Portland, Oregon, but born and raised in SW Missouri. She found her love for reading and writing at a young age. Writing her first story in 6th grade for a class project. And the love grew from there. She is a contemporary romance author who adds a little twist in her stories.
She a wife, mother of three wonderful children and half a dozen fur babies. Her favorite time of the year is fall. And when she is not writing or reading, she is enjoying some down time at the pool, river or lake with her friends and family. If she could she would go barefoot all the time, but the next best thing would be flip flops. She will openly admit she is not a girly girl. She loves to wear her hair up in messy buns, with t-shirts, jeans and a hoodie. She loves the fall, pumpkins, and bonfires.

You already know each other inside and out.
The trust you have for each other was built when you were younger so that's not an issue.
The feelings you have aren't an issue because love is love and you both want this.
You both crave it.
You both need it.
You both want it.

Easy right?

Not in Nix and Ansley's world.

Starting as best friends and transitioning into a relationship should be easy for both Nix and Ansley.
They love each other.
They want each other.
They know that it isn't always going to be easy, but both promise to work hard at it to make it work.

But can it?

What secrets will be revealed?
What will Ansley do when she discovers Nix doesn't want the same things she does?
How will Ansley cope with Nix being a Dom?
Can Ansley make Nix happy?
How will Nix cope with Ansleys fiery side?
How can Nix embrass his gentler side?
Can Nix truly make Ansley, the love of his life happy?

Again JM Nash has amazed us with the uniqueness of her novel in a journal entry format. Again we read this novel from both Nix and Ansley's POV's. Feeling every emotion from sheer happiness, to monumental heart ache you are taken on their journey, their struggles, their fears, their hope, their love. You can't help but fall in love with both Nix and Ansley. Nix and his vulnerable side, Ansley and her fiery side.
It's truly an amazing read.

Add to that a stalker, a disgruntled ex girlfriend, a car accident, an explosion and a kidnapping, Discovering Nix will leave you guessing to the very end.

Again to JM Nash, thank you for yet another brilliantly emotional instalment in the Discovering Journals series. You write with such depth and description as a reader you cannot help but be drawn to every page turned. You have left us yet again speechless and simply wanting more.
You have yet again amazed us with your writing and execution of this highly emotional read.

I will start by saying this is not a standalone. You need to read Discovery Journals Book 1 of 4 first to learn the characters and then Discovering Ansley: Discovery Series Book 2 to read understand Ansley. During the first two books romance is secondary to their life story and in Discovering Nix Ansley knows who she is and now it's Nix turn.

I could not put this story down needing to know what happens next between these two. This book had a suspense aspect that the others didn't have and I enjoyed. So many emotions are felt while reading this series and this book is no different. Lots of highs and lows just like in life. Can not wait for book 4!

Nix is everything you want in your typical badass bad boy with a heart as big as texas! He's sexy, he's smooth and he has a way of sucking you in to love his character and root for him to get it all right. He doesn't always but it was really fun reading about him trying! Nix and Ansley getting their stuff all figured out and where they go from here was exciting to read and find out. The way this book is written makes you have to know what happens next and everytime you think you have it figured out something else happens to make you root for them even more or wanna jump in there and slap em both. All three in this series so far had been amazing to read and play out in my head like a little Nix and Ansley movie all I needed was popcorn! Amazing!
