Ava Greenwood is worried about her sister’s marriage, there are more fighting noises and less happy noises coming down the hall. Finding her once again rejected brother-in-law heading to watch porn in the basement, she offers to alleviate the tension. He refuses, but Ava is convinced this is the answer to all everyone’s problems, including her own frustration with finding a decent partner.
Justin loves his wife and children. He knows Cassie is exhausted from taking care of their four children all day, but he wants his wife. His sister-in-law has offered to relieve his tension, but that’s a terrible idea. Right? But the more often Cassie is too tired, the more he finds Ava’s offer of no-strings attached sex appealing.
To give Cassie a break he sends her and the kids to her mom’s for a week vacation. Leaving him and Ava alone. What can go wrong?
Hello kind reader, hopeful fan or general random passer-by,
Whomever you are, however you came to read this page, welcome. My name for our intents is Asrai Devin. An Asrai is a water fae, who if captured or touched by sunlight turns to water.
I am a writer with a big imagination and little patience for the mundane. As I write this I am still feeling defensive about a "discussion" my husband and I had about my lack of organizational skills and if I should "try harder." I'm trying to take the high road.
My other faults are a slight video game addiction, a propensity to love too much and too wide, inability to spell certain words (partly because I type too fast and partly because it's not that important), and slight Asperger-like behaviours. (If you ever meet me, don't expect any eye contact, I can't get the hang of it).
I'm a loud-mouthed introvert with an (tiny) obsession for the Dragon Age series, Storage Wars, and setting people straight on Yahoo Answers.
I have two children, one school age and one tantrum-prone age. I am married and I used to be an educational assistant, a job I miss dearly, but hope not to return to (this writing thing will work out I swear it). I love yarn and fabric and the idea of turning something discarded into something useful or making things from scratch. My project ADD keeps me from actually following through.
I had more to say, but I got distracted by something shiny and exciting. Also, talking about yourself too much is bad for you. Drop me a line and tell me about yourself. You could be my new shiny thing for the day!
I love smut. I love sex. I love stories where couples explore bringing someone else into the relationship. I cannot abide toxic masculinity. A book that revolves around a man believing he needs sex and can't function properly without it despite his wife being absolutely worn out from caring for 4 kids under 7, so he starts screwing her sister at the sister's suggestion behind the wife's back and then everything turns out magically? Yeah, nah. Not the sort of characters I want to read about. At least it was a short read.
Asrai Devin is one of my favourite writers of erotic fiction. Her sex scenes are super hot, and her dialogue crackles. There were a couple of scenes in this story that sat a little weirdly for me, personally, but I can't deny that they were very arousing, and erotic fiction is an ideal way to explore kink, taboo and desire. It's all about sexual fantasy, and Asrai Devin weaves erotic fantasies with majestic skill.
While reading the book, I was struck by a unique mix of sexy situations that were all set in a realistic context.
I have read many erotica stories and this is probably the first time that descriptions felt so natural. They are not giving too many details thus letting enough room for imagination. Yet they focus on some details that make each chapter and each situation relatable. When reading the book I was not thinking "this is like a porn movie" but rather "this could be happening to me".
I want to make things clear however: this is not literary porn because characters have depth and they grow along the story. Nor is this soft romance because the content is hot.
"Good Sister Share" is about sex lives of different people each one trying to get by and find a place that suits them. Plus the light "taboo-touch" spices things up a little bit.
