By and large the New International Bible Commentary (initially led by Dr. Stonehouse) series contain excellent commentaries on the New Testament. My favorite is the Commentary on Romans by John Murray. However the volumes on John by Leon Morris and Luke by Norval Geldenhuys are excellent as well.
