Well done! I didn't like this audiobook when I started it but the author won me over . I disliked the stereotypical voice the narrator used for Nichelle and Veronica. I also felt that the characters were stereotypical and one-dimensional, but as the story developed, the characters seemed less black and white. I locked into the narrative and found myself quite engaged to the storytelling.
The story revolved around two female characters, Nichelle and Veronica and by extension the men in their lives. Nichelle and Veronica worked together and appeared to be friends, but it became readily apparent that it wasn't a genuine relationship. We didn’t really get to see what each woman's priorities are and what drives them but we knew what Ronnie’s end game was. I started off feeling one way about the heroines, but by the end, I felt differently about them. I didn't necessarily like them but I understood Nichelle and Ronnie enough to have empathy.
I still don't think the author developed the characters well enough but the story was engrossing enough that when it ended, I immediately went to purchase audiobook 2 (which to my dismay, isn't available yet). I am hoping that Nichelle, Ronnie, Donovan and Lucas are more complex as people in book 2, but I will definitely be continuing with this series.

This was my first time reading this author and I have to say I will be reading his work from now on! This was an exceptional book ! The twist, the turns, the drama Norian Love is my new favorite author I highly highly recommend this one. Can't wait for part II!

I really enjoyed the book. I didnt see that ending coming and their was twist and turns I am excited to see what part 2 will be like I hope that it will be alot of twist and turns and I hope it will be out soon.

Can I wreckle my noise again? Lol like this the second sex book I ever read. Its understandable a lot of people LOVE reading this types of books. I don't even though I have sex. EROTIC books aren't my thing; This book had me thinking I should do these things too, my girlfriend LMAO! I'm just playing she's not doing anything. But in other news, I was recommended by the author too, read her book. I thought this book was interesting the characters to the storyline; I enjoyed. The way the storyline flow was smooth. It was more sophisticated than anything, but you still get some gangster twist in there.

I must say this was my first time reading this author, but I really enjoyed it and was pleasantly surprised. This book was like street lit with a urban upscale twist, very good. The characters were very realistic and relatable, I couldn't believe what Nichelle did to Lucas but somehow I was expecting it when Donovan just showed up. She really got caught up!! Ronnie was a mess, that's all I will say about her, because I don't do spoilers in my reviews. The book was very well written, very good editing. Definitely give it a read, you won't be disappointed!! Very good storyline, full of twists and turns from the beginning to the end.

Not my typical read but I would say Drama done with Sophistication and some Elegance . . .
Grimy. Gritty. Action. Drama. Twist. Switches. False Romance but a love story all the same. It’s all about the love of money. The love of power. The love of sex.
The back and forth of the struggle begins and ends with ones self. There was no greater motivator than what would make one happy. For some its the love of a good woman/man. For others its the power they willed over another. Then there are those that fell money can rule all things. There are even those select few that know deep down in their hearts that sex fuel the world. With sex you can get all money, power, and love. But what happens when all that comes down to the wire and four entwined lives have to make that very decision for themselves.

Dandelion
Dandelion, yeah I said it cause I need this to stop. Where do I start? First, if had known this book was not a standalone I wouldn't have read it; now I am stuck. Second, what the hell? Didn't expect any of what I just read. Third, I started off totally in love with Lucas, then by the end totally pitying him. He just needs love, please. Fourth, I started off disliking Donovan and at the end pitying him. He needs Jesus to make him completely over. Poor guy. Lastly, I didn't like Nichelle or Ronnie and they are BMs now. Poor children. I think this is the first book that I've read to the end and am left disliking all the characters. Sigh

Very good, whew!
So much going on. I hope Lucas finds his true love. Ronnie is a mess, but I think she'll get it together, but she is going to have to lose something first. Nichelle is just all messed up, I don't know what to say about her. This is my first book by this author, but it will not be my last. Great book, whew. Can't wait for part 2!

Danger, greed, power and loyalty are all wrapped up in this dark read. Some people chose their lifestyles and others force some to fall into the darkness. The characters are both liked and hated. Their lives are messed up from the beginning to end. There only was safe is if you're dead. Love causes people to do things to protect the ones they care about...and love can also carry a death sentence to those around you. Sad, well-written, and suspenseful. The action kept me turning the pages. Drama can also be found in the urban romance. Norian Love also incorporated a little street life dirt into the story. Street life can be a deadly game. Never know what will or won't happen. Money, Power, & Sex is all it takes for motive...overall, this tale is one that readers won't want to miss. The characters are only left with choices...choices that can drag them down or pull them back up...I highly recommend this edgy read to readers everywhere.

Money, Power & Sex by Norian F. Love is a great book. I loved how the author wrote about four separate people, and what choices they made to get ahead. This book is full of suspense, romance, drama and some action. The ending was not what I was expecting. Quiana Goodrum brought the characters to life. She gave them distinguishable voices, and made it easy to hear who was speaking, I will definitely listen to more books by this author and narrator. I want to find out what happens next.

Mini spoilers…..This was a wild ride. I can’t pin point exactly when I realize I couldn’t trust Mr. Norian, but I was right. He absolutely did not have to do my boo Lucas like this. He put my baby through to much. While I am in absolute awe of Ronnie I can’t decide if I love her or hate her and I’m not sure she deserves him. Why is alway chick name Ronnie?!? I don’t recall seeing trigger warnings so: domestic violence, cheating, murder, police shooting, light bdsm including bondage, asphyxiation, and degradation.
So I don’t even know what’s in store in book two but I got a good bad feeling about it

This is my first book by this author and I will definitely read more of his work. The intertwining relationships wove smoothly together. The characters kept me intrigued the entire book. The devious behavior and backstabbing kept me turning pages. Each relationship dealt with real problems that many people endure and showed how one wrong decision can change your life forever. Great book with awesome twists!

What a story! I'm glad I finally took the time out to read this book! I thought this was a well written descriptive erotic read. The drama keep the pages turning filled with good twists I didn't see coming. Storyline held my attention as Ronnie eventually became one of my fav characters. Very good read I highly recommend!

A great read! I hadn't heard of Norian Love as an author and was wary of an unknown author but I was not let-down. It has a really nice story line full of great twist and sizzly passion. I would definitely recommend the book for those who like to be kept guessing during their read! Dive into a whole new world with these character and the roller coaster they call life!

If I have to be honest, I have to say that I didn't expect much from this book. This was the first time I've read this author and I was really surprised.

Nichelle and Lucas was a couple in love and wasn't expecting the changes that was to come in their relationship. Donovan was just released from jail and all he wanted was what was owed to him. Ronnie wanted money and power and didn't care who she stepped on to get it. Donovan rlease from jail kicked off all the drama that ensued between the four of them. Donovan and Nichelle had a past and when Donovan showed up this caused Nichelle and Lucas relationship to end. As always seeing an opportunity Ronnie swept in and made her move on Lucas, but being with him became more than she expected. Nichelle and Donovan picked up were their relationship left off, but Nichelle had a secret that she didn't want Donovan to find out. When the secret was revealed, Donovan actions turned deadly. Ronnie and Lucas hangout with each other, Ronnie wasnt looking for anything serious, but Lucas was looking for more.
This book had so many twist and turns, lies and secrets and betrayal and backstabbing. Whom I thought were good people were just as bad as the bad people. Everyone was looking for money, power and great sex, but received more than what they were bargained for. The story was good and the ending was not what I was expecting, I cant wait to see what is next...

Why can't I hear anyone talking about this book? It's been out too long and is too damn entertaining for it to be this underhyped.
Money is makes the world go round. The greater the power, the more dangerous the abuse. Sex is a hell of a drug- Money, Power, Sex is a whirlwind of a story that will leave you your head spinning.
Norian is a mastermind for his ability to make the you realize that people aren't all bad nor are they all good. The one you hate might just be the one you root for in the end!
I need this to be adapted into a movie real bad. However some of the word choices were a bit cringy. Keep in mind this was written in 2016 our vocabulary pertaining to smut was very different. If you can look past that, I can promise you that you won't want to look away from this book.

I didn't finish this audio book. The narrator was trying to depict all the different education levels of the characters, but I couldn't get past one that sounded like a lisp. I just couldn't do it.

Honestly...... to me the men and women were equally the stars of this story. Both Veronica and Nichelle are so much alike and they don’t see it. I like Divan the most because I understood his plight. It was a great story that made me mad as hell.

Amazing..... My first read by this author, but it won't be my last. I loved the author's writing style and ability to develop the characters without being too wordy.
