Directions are given. There are NO pictures. THere is NO nutritional information. Like light chicken soup the best ofr nutritional value-everything is fresh. Love the use of herbs to get just the right flavor of the dish. Like combination of flavors. Bonus recipes included: smoothies. Other works by the author are highlighted at the end.
