A Lion's Pride #3

When an Omega Snaps

Rate this book
Listening Length: 6 hours and 12 minutes

Leo is the calm guy. The nice guy. The one nobody screws with. So could someone explain that to Meena so she stops driving him insane—with desire.

When Meena literally throws herself at Leo and declares he’s her mate, his first reaction is to deny—and run far, far away. This lion/tiger mix doesn’t do drama and chaos. Problem is, once he sets eyes on her, he can’t help but want the vivacious blonde with plus-sized curves, perfect for a big man like himself.

He wants her even if it breaks all his rules when it comes to women.
Wants her even if she destroys his serenity.
Wants her more than a perfectly grilled piece of steak with a dash of garlic, pepper, and salt.

Thing is, someone else wants her too.

This poor omega is about to have his world turned upside down, which means everyone better watch out because when Leo experiences love, jealousy, and frustration for the first time, he doesn’t just snap—he roars!

When an Omega Snaps by Eve Langlais

3rd book in the Lions Pride series. Can be read as a stand-alone paranormal romance.
Silly, flaky Meena knows Leo is her mate from the first moment they meet. Leo sees her only as an assault to his well ordered life. This story is her antics at getting noticed and begging for Leo to bang her.
The heroine doesn’t do much more than “Vex” Leo but it is kind of funny the way she pants after him. And vise versa. But no sex until married as promised to her father! That doesn’t really stop either from them doing other things up to that line.
Crazy silly but also entertaining.

I listened to the audio version narrated by Brian Rodgers. He does a good job on the pacing but his female voice is fake and high pitched. Ok, it does follow the script and his lion roar is amusing so I call it a win.

So disappointing...

I'm crushed. I was really looking forward to Leo's story, but I have to admit I was not impressed with how it turned out. While I imagined Leo's mate would need to be a bit out there to bring him out of his shell, I never really expected her to be a raving lunatic. Meena is the most annoying and one-dimensional heroine I've ever read, and she had no redeeming qualities. I couldn't even picture her as a woman. In my mind's eye she was nothing better than a prepubescent idiot with pigtails (not at all sexy). She and class have never even met, let alone share a zip code. I expected so much more for the Omega.

I dont even know what to say at this point.

While I finished reading this book in record time, I cant say I enjoyed the experience. This book is way too problematic to be enjoyable for me. I have enjoyed the books in this series but this one just didn't work for me. The humour in this series is overdone to the point that it looked forced and fake. Really over the top and stupid Meena to the zen-like calm and serene Leo I found everything cringe-worthy.

Meena or Vex as nicknamed by Leo is too much like a cartoon character. She is impulsive, over-sexed nuisance for most of the story. The nickname pookie made me want to puke! Meena insisted on calling Leo Pookie and throwing herself at him at EVERY possible moment. Pookie, you are my mate, Pookie, we are destined together, Pookie, where are we going Pookie, take me right here right now. You get the point. Her delusions were met with mild resistance as Leo is only fighting his attraction. -_- Da hell!!! All within the first 10 or 20 pages of the book. Meena is also very hypocritical. Her behavior is OK because Leo is her mate and he is just "playing hard to get" but Dmitri's plan of making her his bride is wrong and creepy.

highlighted quotes:
1. “Sure thing, Pookie.”
“And stop calling me Pookie.”
“Would you prefer Snookums?”
“No!”

As pride omega, it's Leo's job to keep peace. Well, as much as anyone can in a pride of unruly lionesses and hard headed males. Even in the midst of all the chaos, Leo has remained a calm guy. That is until trouble on two sexy legs, also known as Meena, openly claims Leo has her mate. Leo tries to deny the party loving vixen is his mate but his inner lion/tiger agrees and wants nothing more than to give into her wicked plans for them. Meena is set on having her man and knows just how to bring him to his knees.

Leo prefers his life calm and relaxing. Meena's nick name is catastrophe. Meena recognizes Leo as her mate. Leo can't get away from the leggy blonde and her insane antics fast enough. Opposites in nearly every way, Meena and Leo make for a hilarious pairing in the latest installment in Eve Langlais' A Lion's Pride series. I gotta love a girl when she goes after what she wants and Meena spends nearly the entire book chasing Leo. The amusing situations she drags him into, including confrontation with her ex-fiance, and his failed attempts to avoid her makes up the bulk of this book. It's all typical Langlais fun but the romance didn't do it for me. Too much lusting, not enough love and I got my fill of that in When An Alpha Purrs.

Like previous installments, When An Omega Snaps is an entertaining, finish in one sitting read and I'm looking forward to taking things in a different direction in the next book. Characters/events/all around craziness is beginning to feel too familiar and I think the break from the norm will be a welcoming change.

This was my first book by the author and it was a pleasant read. Leo is the Omega of his pride, the Omega acts as the Peacemaker. Staying calm and following rules is Leo's approach to his personal life as well. But his world is consumed by chaos when he runs into Meena. She has earned the nickname Catastrophe and a reputation for mischief which sends people running. Leo panics when Meena declares they are mates. He wants to run but a romantic rival forces him to analyse his feelings for Meena. The rest is about how these two find their mated happily ever after.
Give this a try if you're looking for a light, quick shape shifter romance.

“I am not cuddly.” On the contrary, he preferred to watch movies alone, in his chair.

this was a hot and quirky shifter romance. the heroine did come on a bit strong for my preference but it was still an enjoyable read. It made for a sizzling short read. I'll check out more in this series..

Heh. I get SUCH A KICK (HA! I say this pretty much every book, BUT IT'S SO ACCURATE!) out of these guys. Leo's the "calming influence" in Arik's Pride. Actually, I probably didn't need to use quotes there. When we meet him, he is. He's the one that makes sure the others follow the rules and toe the line. He's predictable and mostly quiet and then Meena falls into his orbit.

Almost literally because the girl is FANTASTICALLY accident prone. Or, well, maybe not accident prone so much as the epicenter that crazy things happen around. She's loud and boisterous and pretty much everything Leo isn't. So what does Leo do? He adapts. He gets a little crazy. Mostly when Meena's being threatened/pawed/whatever by other dudes. The guy has a jealous streak and he doesn't like to see his lady put in harm's way.

Of course, first he has to reach the point where he actually considers her his lady and not just the insane firecracker bouncing from one disastrous event to another. It doesn't take long though before he's getting all snarly and in her business.

Fun with slightly off-kilter characters (something I thoroughly enjoy in every Eve Langlais book) and a few brawls. I read this series out of order (just to be contrary, thankyouverymuch) and I DUG seeing Dimitri before he falls hard for his special someone. The guy's not very subtle and I kinda want to read his book all over again now.

Did you like Bringing Up Baby? : Because that’s kind of what this reminds me of. For those who don't know this old black & white movie, Bringing Up Baby, starring Katharine Hepburn and Cary Grant was a classic screwball comedy. Chaos follows (including the escape of a leopard from a traveling circus) the heroine and the professor hero wants no part of it...until he realizes that she's it for him.

This is much like that movie, except here the hero is the leopard (well, in this case a liger) instead of (just) the nerdy professor. Meena sweeps in and turns Leo, the Pride’s Omega, and his calm, orderly world upside down. He eventually loves it but it’s a bit of a battle. If you’re used to the shifter romance where it’s all about the hero’s pursuit of the heroine and insta-love, this is not necessarily the story for you. But there was never a time that I doubted Leo’s attraction for Meena, and when he goes all in, he goes ALL IN.

Lots of humor and sexy times : Meena’s considered a catastrophe on two legs. Where she goes, Trouble follows - which coincidentally is her sister’s nickname, but that’s another story. Anyway, there’s alot of humor throughout the book, which is why I love reading Ms. Langlais’ shifter romances. There’s a good mixture throughout the book - let’s just call it funny smut or smutty fun. Either way, I liked it.

Wacky heroine : I loved that Meena didn’t have a confidence issue. Her motto is “Live for today, live for the moment, never let fear win.” She’s a Big (literally, over 6 feet tall with curves to match), Beautiful Woman. All caps. She knew she was awesome and even if she had a small moment of self-doubt, she didn’t let it get her down.

“Her inner lioness gave her a mental smack. Of course he wants you. Who wouldn’t? What the hell was up with the self-doubt? I’m awesome.”

There’s not enough of that in the world and I loved that she owned it all.

Stoic hero : Leo’s the zen Omega. The one used to being obeyed. And if he’s a little bored with life because he has it so under control, well, he’s ok with that. Until Meena shows him how boring that is. He struggled and I wasn’t used to that in my shifter hero, but it grew on me.

Simple story : There's no major action, it's fairly straightforward and fairly thin as far as plot. It's sweet and enjoyable but not particularly deeper than that.

I liked it. It’s a twist on the usual shifter romances and if you like a little screwball comedy (but not too much) and a hero who plays hard to get, you may like this.

This was a tough one to read, mostly because I couldn't stand Meena! I feel like Leo got the shaft being stuck with her. Meena's actions were cute at all, but made me roll my eyes, to the point I think they were stuck in my head for a few minutes after I finished reading. I'm hoping the next one is better, but I don't have high hopes as Teena is in it and she is too like Meena.

Leo and Meena, book three.

Leo and Meena

Fun with slightly off-kilter characters
She's loud and boisterous and pretty much everything Leo isn't.
She’s crazy and a little too full on for my liking.
There’s plenty of sexual chemistry and lots of heat.
There are also A few brawls.a marriage, lots of action.
A lot of one lines some made me laugh out loud,
A good book with an easy story

When an Omega Snaps is the third book in the adult shifter series, called A Lion's Pride. I have not read any of the other books in this series, but when I saw the premise for this one, I was just so darn excited for it that I knew I had to read it. From what I can tell each book is on the shorter side, and features a different member of this pride. I wanted to start with Leo's story because I loved the idea 1) of the pride omega. I had no idea, but omega's are the peacemakers of the group. Leo is known for being calm and clear headed. I like that because it is such a contrast to how you typically hear shifters described in stories. I thought Eve did an awesome job at painting Leo out to be this levelheaded guy.

And then I love the idea of such a calm force becoming jealous and a bit crazy. I think we all know by now I like my book boyfriends with a touch of possessiveness or a wee bit of a jealous streak. And they extra points if this is out of character for them typically. Because I also love my book boyfriends to be sweet, or at least to have a gooey marshmallow center. With Leo I got the best of both of these worlds. I loved seeing him so out of sorts with Meena.

And Meena was a force all on her own. Oh wow is she forceful and in your face. She was a bit too forward for my liking, but I respected that she went after what she wanted. And she is the complete opposite of Leo, which was fun to watch how they mixed, meshed and even clashed sometimes. When an Omega Snaps is a fun and quick read . People that dislike in your face loud women, might have an issue with Meena, but I thought her big personality worked well in the story. I would love to read more books about Omega's, and I am interested to see if this is always their role in the pride (or pack) or if this was a new take on Eve's part.

This is the 3rd book in Langlais’ Lion’s Pride series. Whereas When an Alpha Purrs just irked me, and When a Beta Roars made we want to stand up and cheer and then sigh a happy little sigh, this one just made me smile.

What’s a big accident prone lioness to do when she finds her mate, a luscious giant of a liger with a stick up his butt? Why chase him, chase him till HE catches HER. Seriously, this book is just a ton of fun, though I’ll admit that if the hero acted the way the heroine did, constantly invading his space and making declarations and manipulating him into situations, well I probably wouldn’t like that hero much at all. But that is a double standard to unpack for another day.

Meena has always been a walking catastrophe. She’s a big girl and quite missed out on the usual feline grace. But whatever catastrophe life throws her way she meets head on with can do take one day at a time attitude. And despite her brash attitude she has a big, soft heart, as well as other parts which serve to make her irresistible to our hero.

Leo is zen. Very zen. As the Omega of the pack it is his job to keep everyone in line, something he isn’t afraid to back with fists on top of his voice. He is very proper, and buttoned up, and stick up his butt sort of hero. Until the heroine prompts him to let loose with his wild side. In that he kind of reminded me of Nalini Singh’s Riley. But he is absolutely determined to treat her with respect and like she is his dainty princess. Adorable!

This is a cute, sexy, short story, and yes it absolutely made me smile. There is no real conflict or mystery, just two very different people seeing just how right they are with each other. It will be interesting to see how Langlais “redeems” Teena’s (Meena’s twin sister) mate Dmitri, which exhibits all the characteristics I just said I would decry in a male, because right now, I am just not seeing it.

Review originally posted at RabidReads.com.

Leo’s job is to keep the peace. He likes he rules and he likes to enforce them. He isn’t what you think of when you think of “omega”. He is tough as nails and big. He is a liger. His father was a lion and his mother was a tiger, which makes him the largest of the cat species. But that doesn’t make the stick up his butt any smaller. He isn’t know for his fun. Needless to say when Meena is brought to the pack to hide, things are thrown into chaos.

Meena had been thrown out of the pack and banned, but with Arik now running the pack, things have changed. He has allowed her to come back while “some kind of calamity blows over in her hometown”. Basically a Russian mobster tiger wants her for his wife, willing or not. Meena is a very large woman and he wants that large size to be the mother of his children so that he can have large babies.

Meena is everything Leo is not. She is a walking disaster. One, she is very clumsy. Two, she also has no sense for rules. She was banned for a "few silly misunderstandings." For example, "Explode one carved pumpkin and people lose their minds. I see the lobby got repainted, no permanent harm done."

Once again, Meena and the other lioness are the life of the party in this story. Watching Leo come around to loving Meena is fun. This story had me chuckling several times. We also get to meet Dimitri, the Russian mobster, who is the hero of the next book and Teena, Meena’s identical twin sister. This story should be interesting.

"Resistance is futile. But cute."

"Sure thing, Pookie."
"And stop calling me Pookie."
"Would you prefer Snookums?"
"No!"

Why you should read it: Eve Langlais' stories are always humorous and her characters' romances are one of a kind. WaOS is the third book in her Lion's Pride series, and I have to say Leo is such a cool hero, so nice, but no one messes with him... Who would mess with a Tiger? There's romance, a curvy heroine and tons of laughter.

INTERVIEW WITH EVE LANGLAIS

Tell us about Meena and her ... persistence!

Eve: Meena is a fun heroine with no boundaries or fear. While she is a bigger girl, she doesn't let that get in her way. She is enthusiastic about life, and not afraid to show it, which sometimes gets her into trouble. When she meets Leo, she is convinced he'd the man for her — and not just because when she jumps on him, he doesn't fall to the ground and whine she's too heavy. Her inner lioness says he's "the one." But this serious guy takes a little convincing, and that's where the fun and laughter begin.

What shifter would you like to be?

Eve: I'm really partial to big cat shifters. But I'm torn as to which one I'd be. I do have to say, though, that I love the stripes on a tiger.

Meena just doesn't have an embarrassing bone in her body, “resistance is futile. But cute. Think of me later when you’re masturbating, I know I’ll be thinking of you.” Meena is a sassy little thing that knows how to get Leo's blood pressure pumping, “well, that totally sucks. I wore a really cute dress just for you. It’s short, which means easy access for you. How big are the bathroom stalls at this club?” The rumble he emitted came through loud and clear. She grinned. “You’re right. Too public. We should probably restrict our public nookie to dark alleys. I can be noisier there.” There are times these two like to outdo each other:
“Bah. I’m not wearing any underwear,” she announced as she sashayed past him into the hall.
It wasn’t the smack on her a** that had her stumbling but rather his claim of, “Neither am I.”
I love this series I'm always eagerly waiting for the next book.

“Oh shit. The rumors are true. She’s his bloody mate.” Hayder no longer sounded so amused.
“No. Say it isn’t so. If you claim her, then that means”—he swallowed hard— “she’ll stay here. Like forever. Noooooo!”
Hayder wasn’t the only one having a melodramatic moment. Arik eyeballed him, a pained expression on his face. “Please, please, please tell me you’re not actually going to mate with her. I don’t know if we could survive having Meena here full time.”
“Dude, she’s a walking disaster,” Hayder commented.
“A magnet for trouble,” Arik added while Hayder nodded.
“A hurricane on two legs.”
“A destructive force greater than Mother Nature.”
Leo held up a hand. “Um, guys, you might want to stop before I crack your skulls together. You aren’t telling me anything I don’t know, but…” He sighed. “I’m afraid, and I mean really afraid, she might be right. I think she’s my mate.”
About time you admitted it."

Ha! I seriously adore Eve Langlais. Another read from her that had me laughing out loud and just completely hooked!

I loved Leo from the previous books and was excited to get his story. Meena.. she is just fricken AWESOME! If anything bad can happen it will happen to her. I adore her craziness and sense of humor.

The two of them balance each other so well. Leo's calmess to Meena's chaos. The chemistry between them was great and so much fun to watch Leo's struggles with Meena's mishaps.

I cant wait to get the next book in this series! If you love a good romantic comedy with some paranormal definitely check out Eve's books!

When an Omega Snaps is book three in the Lion’s Pride Series. This was such a fun, light story. Meena was just a barrel of fun and awkward moments. She was confident, hilarious and full of trouble. Leo was calm, disciplined and had his work cut out for him when it came to Meena. The only disappointment I had was the lackluster ending. Nothing really happened and I kept waiting for that last big thing which never came. Still a fantastic, funny story and a must read for Langlais fans!

* For this entry, you do not need to read the previous books.

Meena is send to the lion's pride after finding herself in trouble with a Russian mobster, who is also a tiger. When she meets Leo, the pride's omega, she knows he is her fated mate. But as always, catastrophe is following her around, just like the Russian mobster. He wants her back, so Meena has to convince Leo quickly that he is her mate and that they will be together forever.

Pro's:
+ Such a romantic story! Leo is a true gentleman, waiting with the sexy time til after marriage. Meena is loud and rambunctious, but deep inside she wants to feel like a woman and Leo ends up giving all that to her. That sets them truly on the path to mating and I really liked how sweet and realistic it felt.
+ Meena is hilarious. She has almost no filter, disaster follows her and there is a tiny bit of femininity that wants to come out so badly. Also, she fights with the other females quite a bit and those bits are really funny.

Con's:
- Because the sexy stuff happens after the wedding and the wedding is in the ending of the story, there are not a lot of sexy bits in this story. In comparison to the previous books a bit of a let down.

Such a fun little story. For this author a bit of a different angle, as the sexy bits are less than in the other stories. But I really liked it and somehow it gave the story a different perspective than usual. There is a preview to the upcoming story involving Meena's twin and the Russian mobster tiger and I cannot wait to read it.

When An Omega Snaps is the perfect title for this third entry in A Lion's Pride series because that is what happens when a controlling Omega meets walking chaos! Get ready to laugh yourself silly! Leo and Meena’s story will have you giggling from the very beginning.

When I first met Leo’s character in previous titles, I found him a bit uptight. So uptight I was wondering what kind of woman would do for him. Why of course someone who is his polar opposite! And Meena sure is that. It’s not that she’s a hot mess, but more of a bull elephant in a china store. She’s not exactly a dainty flower but then again, Leo’s no little man either. She’s knows he is the one for her and her ways of convincing him that she is are pretty funny as she’s not exactly a subtle girl. Oh how the mighty do fall!

And fall Leo does. That is, his inner Liger does for Meena! Now convincing the man was a different story. It does help when a rival comes into town. Between Meena’s antics and his Liger screaming MINE! MINE! you knew he would eventually cave. The travels he takes to admit defeat made for a good read. As for their HEA, not only was it hot and funny but it was all I could wish for.

I’ve been a fan through several of Ms. Langlais series now. I know can always count on a entertaining story that will have me laughing from the character antics to swooning from the steaminess. When A Omega Snaps does not disappoint! The characters from previous titles make appearances in this book but not so much that their story is spoiled so you can read this book as a stand-alone. However, with all this fun A Lion’s Pride series offer you really should start it from the beginning.

I received this book from the JeepDiva for the express purposes of an honest review. The opinions and rating of this review are solely mine and in no way was I compensated.

Oh the giggles that ensued while reading this book. Meena is unlike any of Eve Langlais’ other heroines and she was an absolute riot. I have read almost all of her books and I can honestly say, I think Meena is now my favorite.

Leo is such a laid back type of lion and these two are such polar opposites, it just makes this couple even more fun to read. Leo is the one getting everyone out of trouble, the calming voice of reason, so to speak. Meena is trouble incarnate. Wherever she is, trouble is sure to follow. When she meets Leo, she is determined (like REALLY determined) to make him see that they are a perfect match. Sparks fly, chaos arises, and the fur flies. The situations that this character gets herself into and the stories of her own childhood antics had me chuckling. Leo is fighting, fang and claw, to not cave in and take her as his mate, even though his liger is all in.

“I’m sure I could find something else to eat.” She practically purred the words in his ears.
Surely that unmanly “eep” didn’t come from him?

It never fails to surprise me how much fun I have reading one of Eve’s books. I dare anyone to read one of her books and not laugh. Her characters come to life, her dialogue is spot on with the situation, and the passion is so hot, it jumps off the pages. Seriously, read her books and find out for yourself. I’ve already pre-ordered the next book because I seriously cannot wait to see what trouble Teena, Meena’s twin sister gets herself into.

Meena, Meena, Meena

When an Omega Snaps Book #3 (A Lion’s Pride) Eva Langlais

What can I say, I totally loved this read. In fact out of the three this was by far my absolute favorite. Leo and Meena are just perfect together. They had me cracking up with her antics. What a fun totally delicious read.
Meena had a rep of being a catastrophe on legs. Where ever she went chaos followed. Seems she was always being banned from one pride or the other. Between her and her twin Teena they wreaked havoc everywhere they went. Tenacious, vivacious Meena had a lust for life and it shown in her personality. She lived it to the fullest. She seemed comfortable and confident with herself. However that being said we did see moments where the verbal abuse and teasing she grew up with at times made her second guess herself, but she pulled up her big girl panties and remembered her awesomeness. I loved her character. The one of sweetest moments and there were a few was Leo planning the secret wedding for he and Meena. The other was when Leo as the Omega give Meena permission to punch Loni in the face. My jaw dropped just like all the spectators in the story LOL. Meena is definitely a strong willed, independent woman and it was so refreshing to see. You will totally enjoy this cute romance between Leo (The Pride Omega) and Meena.

Ni siquiera lo voy a terminar porque no voy aguantar mas Meena. Tenía mejores esperanzas para este libro pero me ha decepcionado lo suficientemente. Ojala el siguiente mejore sino abandono la serie.

I was really looking forward to Leo's book. He is such a quiet, giant of a feline and seriously in need of some fun! When an Omega Snaps is my favorite in the A Lion's Pride series so far, because Meena and Leo are so different from one another. Watching them circle one another was entertaining as hell!

Leo and Meena's first meeting began with a wack to the head from a flying Frisbee and ended with a yummy kiss. Meena is a part of the East Coast Pride but was banned from by Arik's father years ago for causing so much trouble. It was hilarious to watch chaos literally follow her everywhere — even when she totally doesn't see it coming!

It was so fun to watch Leo's boring life come crumbling down when Meena forces her way into it. I'd feel bad for him if I didn't he totally needed it. When an Omega Snaps was a yummy adventure and I am loving this series and can't wait to read more from Langlais. I have yet to read the newest book in the series, but I know it will be just as juicy as the first three!

This is my favorite so far in A Lion's Pride Series. I love Leo and Meena's story! OH my!!!!!!

I started reading this book on the way to a Sweet 16 and kept reading during the party. Several cousins wanted to know what I was reading and went and bought it. LOL
This is one HOT AND STEAMY READ! Eve Langlais really knows how to tell a story that grabs you and keeps you turning the pages. Leo is the Omega of the pride which means he is the peace keeper...the level headed one. Meena has been banned from the pride for a while because it seems she and her twin sister always seem to get into trouble. She is allowed back because she is being hide from another shifter. Soon as she meets Leo she knows he is her fated mate and she lets him know it. Leo is not buying it.

This story had me laughing so hard in parts and in other parts my girlie parts were melting. Once again it is a smashing hit and I can not wait for Teena;s story next.

As usual, Eve Langlais crafts a fun, witty, sassy story. You won't be able to put down When An Omega Snaps!
Leo is the pride's omega and while his methods may be unconventional, he is a liger (lion and tiger) shifter who embodies order and avoids chaos at all costs.
Meena, also known as catastrophe, is visiting the pride, after her ban has been lifted. Once she sees Leo (aka Pookie) she knows he is her mate and proceeds to tell him. While Leo is attracted to Meena (aka Vex) and his liger agrees with her, the man is not ready to accept her brand of chaos into his life and does all he can to fight his attraction and refute her claim.
Join Pookie and Vex on their hilariously funny, sassy and sexy tale and find out when an omega snaps!

That's it!!!! I'm done.

Disclosure I could only read until chapter 8 but wanted to hurt myself after chapter 3. Which sucks because I liked the 2 books before this one. I'm not one to write reviews or say anything bad about books but this is so annoying bad I can't help myself. OMG NO Means NO!!! If this story was the other way around and the guy (Leo) was chasing this hard after a girl (Meena) we would all be calling 911!!!! I LOVE EVE LANGLAIS but pookie this book is making me sick. She is stalking him and damn near raping him. Yeah he likes her, doesn't want her but come on. I sure hope this got better cause I feel like this is prime example of "Well she said no but she wanted it."
