This is an extension of the Flow magazine. I love its spirit, generosity and yet very practical. The magazine format is colourful and full of amazing articles, very well documented. I strongly recommend to anyone interested in the mindfulness and non-religious meditation topics to get a copy of this while it's still available at their official website https://www.flowmagazine.com/product/...
