I thoroughly enjoyed this book by Christopher Fox. The story is well written with great use of language and colorful descriptions. The historical references bring the story to life and the pacing is excellent throughout. The characters are believable. If you enjoy your thrillers with a historical theme, you will enjoy Lost Loot of Lima.

Enjoyed this very much. Nice mix of diving, treasure hunting, drug cartels, romance and adventure. Looking for more books by Fox. Recommended reading

Not kindle unlimited, don't think any of his books are, but not only got a copy somehow from somewhere on freebie day but also went to do the review on a freebie amazon day {of may be permafree}. Seem to remember that there is to be a sequel to Lost Loot of Lima soonish if I'm correct, so that would be something to look out for. {don't see goodreads spot for Death Drones the sequel to this but only gave it a 3, again too many names and places at least for me}

Not particularly in to the drug cartel things or thriller type things in general, but did enjoy this one with all the historical background, scuba diving, boats, and all that, of course added to mystery, lost treasure and treasure hunters.
