Opening your marriage is not easy, as Dana and Dave learned the hard way. It all started with Dave’s fantasy of sharing his wife, but as Dana learned to like dating she began to chart her own path, which was not always what Dave envisioned. In the searing final chapter of this hotwife trilogy, they deal with the aftermath of Dana losing control, her growing desires, and Dave’s evolving fantasies. Can Dana and Dave come together and use their adventures to forge a stronger union, or will Dana’s dating tear them apart? Be there for the shocking climax.
Kirsten McCurran lives in the suburbs with her husband, young children and a dog named Jake. She lives out her vivid fantasy life through her writing. Kirsten is most interested in exploring the fantasies and inner sexual lives of women like her.
This book finishes the series with a bang! Ok, multiple bangs, maybe machine gun style.
This is a well written and edited book that brings Dave and Dana’s story to the end of a phase. We’re left knowing there’s more to go, but perhaps in a more organized format.
I like how Dave and Dana resolved some potential issues. But for me, this was a pretty fast plunge to the bottom. That they were together on the plunge didn’t save it for me. Lots of readers will enjoy the free fall, I felt it was a little too far, and a little too fast. Maybe it was that others were leading them on the plunge rather that Dana and Dave deciding they wanted to take it? That they ended in a place they both enjoyed was terrific!
Emotionally, I’d like to give this a 4 Star rating because I didn’t prefer where the story went. But the author has done a really good job of telling her story of Dana and Dave. So 5 Stars it is. I’m looking forward to her next book.
ps: Another reviewer mentioned she thought cucks should stay cucks. For me this wasn’t a cuck book. It’s a shared wife book with zero taunts, humiliation or degradation. That the husband got some action too, I thought was pretty sweet.
Dana and Dave continue in the hotwife lifestyle. Once again, the story is nicely told from both points of view. After a wild ending, various plot points get resolved, mostly satisfactorily.
I gave the first book in this series five stars. It gave us the background and character development as well as the first hesitant steps by Dave and Dana into the hotwife lifestyle.
Books two and three detail the transformation of Dana from wife and mother to full blown slut. The entire last two books are simply one “hot date” after another as she basically screws the local population. I tried to count them but lost track after fifteen or so.
She loses complete control to Carlos who pushes her to do things her and her husband never agreed upon. The final scene in book three he takes her to a swinger club where her debauchery is way over the top.
However, throughout the story Dana and Dave are in it together and stay committed to each other.
Actually, there were so many sex scenes they became somewhat tedious. I think the series was at least one book too much. It was just the same thing over and over and pushed the believability that she could do all that and the couple still have mutual respect and genuine love.
Having said all that, Kirsten is still one of the best writers in this genre.
Good ending to a great series. Though not necessary to enjoy this book, I was glad I read Kenny Wright's "Training to Love It" series before reading this. Some characters make a small crossover and a major plot point from Book 2 appears in this book. Again....not necessary to enjoy.
A few incorrect word/typos in this book but not enough to spoil the story. Would highly recommend the entire series.
The last book in this trilogy sees Dana and Dave fully engulfed now in a hotwife marriage. They both not only enjoy it, it has become part of who they are. No cuckolding in this tale, both partners are fully committed to it. Lots of hot, steamy sex with voyuerism and exhibitionism playing a major role.
The final installment of the story keep to form with the first two books. Great writing (some one said they saw some editing issues, but I didn't notice them) hot sex scenes. They find a way to navigate the trouble that threaten to out their secret life to neighbors and family. BUT the best part of this book, what I liked the most, was the tie in to other books that the authors had written and I had already read.
'Training to Love It' (three book series) and 'Something Forbidden' (two books) are a couple of five star stories I STRONGLY recommend. Characters and locations from those books play a part in this book. What is so cool is if you had not read those books or knew about the references, it would seem just part of the story. Because it is written in such a seamless matter. This sorta underscores the cool thing about this lifestyle. Many times you live this secret out in front of everyone. You might suspect something, but you just never know, until you know.
After the events with Carlos in “Hot Dates 2” Dave and Dana are having a break from her hotwifing activities, although Dave is beginning to suspect that Dana has started up again without telling him. His suspicions further deepen when he makes two startling discoveries, before he has chance to confront his wife, Dana confesses. After a bit of soul searching and some very hot sex between the married couple they agree that they both want her to continue her “Hot Dates” but with the stipulation, Dana should steer well clear of Carlos.
And so Dana is back to playing her sexy games and Dave is delighted to be able to watch his sexy wife in action. Dana now has a partner in crime, since she had to confess her lifestyle to her sexy friend Jana, who is more than eager to join in Dana’s naughty games on a girlie night out. All goes well and they all enjoy Dana getting back into playing at being the ultimate “Hotwife” including Dave who on one occasion gets very close to the action, being so close and seeing the action live drives him mad with lust for his naughty wife.
All is going well for the married couple when the imposing and formidable Carlos steps out of the shadows, even though she knows the guy is bad news Dana still finds it hard to resist him. Having used his position in the police to discover Dana’s true identity he all but blackmails her into seeing him again which leads to an amazing night of firsts and some incredible eye opening, cherry popping sex for four people.
“Hot Dates 3” is a very enjoyable book, packed with good sex scenes and with a good understanding of the genre. We get the story from the perspective of both Dana and Dave, with them telling the story from their points of view in alternating chapters which on the whole works pretty well. Kirsten McCurren has created two very likeable and sexy characters in Dave and Dana, who are very much in love and also understand each others needs and desires. The book builds to a climatic end with most of the loose ends tied up, but I can not help wondering where Dana and Dave’s games take them next? I feel sure there are more adventures to enjoy and still more stories to tell for the sexy married couple.
Kirsten McCurran is definitely on top of her game with this series! The continuing saga of Dana and Dave, starts with them taking a break from hotwifing...but not for long! Like fish outta water, they've Got to get back in action. I think I missed the second installment, but I like the characters enough to go backwards and read it later. I wish I had a wife like Dana!
third book of this series.first two books were great!.lots of tension etc.and this book starts off the same.Dana is going out of Daves control again. then dies off unfortunately.by the end of the book hotwifing has gone they are now just group sex swingers.the whole dynamic of dana and dave has changed.and made the ending of the book a bit of a let down.but still worth a read especially if you have read the first two [which were excellent ].
This was a nice and interesting story. Lots of good sex and a story that started out very interestingly. There was a lot of tension needing to be satisfied as the story got going.
But as the story got going, everything just seemed to fall into place, with hardly any work from our stars. And unfortunately all of that easiness reached a peak in this last book of the series.
With this last book our couple find themselves being blackmailed, for sex, by one of her former lovers. A lover who took her farther than she had ever been.
Supposedly she has a plan to get them out from under the blackmail. Now I’m thinking what could be better? Here’s a story ending, so there should be some great sex. And now there’s all this mystery and intrigue. A true page turner.
Unfortunately, for a good story, everything falls into place with no real effort. Certainly no intrigue, and all that is left is some over the top sex.
Now I know that many will disagree with me and I can understand why. It is a good story! I’m just feeling sad and frustrated that somehow there wasn’t any real tension at the end of the story, to match how it started.
I’m still glad that I read it, but if the beginning was a 4 or 5 rated story, I can’t rate the ending as strong.
