I initially got to know Mark Waddell's work from the signs he posts around London, which feature his poems. Upon learning about his newly published book of poetry, I was excited to get my hands on more of his work. Most of the poems are humorous and some of which have added illustrations by Waddell himself, which create a nice dimension. After completing the book, I'm looking forward to rereading it and sharing it with my friends. I would recommend this book to anyone interested in delving into the diverse and surprising stories of a Londoner.
