Aer-ki Jyr is one of the top 20 science fiction authors on Amazon due to his extremely long and ongoing space opera epic STAR FORCE, one of the longest military science fiction series ever written.
I just love all the various stories in these books This set started with Paul struggling with killing/ slaughtering lizards and then ends with terms of surrender
Then the middle book has sort of a catch up on many of the other goings on of Star Force Just a lot of fun to read
Seems like the pace is picking up. Nice combination of war and empire building. You would probably get more out of this series with a greater knowledge video games and star wars. I have little and still enjoy the series.
I'm still in the 3.5 to 4 range in this review because of poor word choices. With very little effort this review could have been a 5! Am I the only one bothered by this issue?
The lizards are looking at surrender options? ? Oh boy, the world is coming to an end, and hell is freezing over! Jyr, you keep coming up with surprising stuff.
A lot of great ups and down along with shove twists and turns. This set was loaded with lore as well as action. The ending got me pretty excited for the next set of books. Knocked a star for the minimal yet consistent grammatical errors.
