Life is tough for any teenage girl. The typical problems include who to date, who to be friends with, and what shoes to wear. That used to be Sarah’s life. But now she would trade her life for those problems in a heartbeat.
Sarah isn’t even her real name. She needs it to fit in with her new family. Now she will be living with the Amish. The only person she will know is her dad, and she hates him. Her dad is responsible for getting her into this situation. She is determined to hate her new life and blame her dad for everything.
But the new family has a handsome Amish son. Sarah never knew they existed. Could he help her see life through his eyes? Or is Sarah permanently closed off to the world? She wishes her father could change. But does she want the same for herself?
Learn how God works out all things for good in this story of faith, hope, and above all else, love.
I don't know what this author is trying to pull. I am angry that this is advertised as a clean Amish romance when after a brief fake Amish short story there is a collection of "Victorian" stories that includes sexual scenes. Why do this? Unbelievable. Wish I could give it zero stars.
I liked the message of this Amish romance. It shown through despite all of the typos. The pace was stunted at times, and I was lost in a state of confusion a time or two when whole words were left out of sentences.
