I think the title is stupid.. it doesn't match the story.
Stiles thinking he needs to change to get Derek... That isn't actually a very strong part of the story. Stiles doesn't really DO a lot or seem to make a HUGE effort. To me its a half assed attempt to change. And as for Derek, there's NO indication that he really notices or makes a difference besides coming across as wondering what was up with Stiles weird behavior.

Like Stiles says at the end: feels like being in a rom com. Mos def, and I'm kind of defenceless against rom coms, even the cheesiest ones!
