Interesting content, desperately needs proofreading

This reads like it was written by someone who's first language is not English. That's fine, but have the work edited for goodness sakes. The typos and syntax errors where ridiculous. This should never be available as a published work on a legitimate site in its current state.

Good Read....

This is an easy read with actionable items that can be applied to everyday life. After all, action is all that matters. We can read all day and take no action achieving few results.

A simple easy read

This book was a quick and easy read, but the concept seems to have been explained in a few paragraphs while the rest of the book was spent waxing philosophical.

I recommend for kindle unlimited owners but not for purchase.

Good introduction to Kaizen

Good for those who have no idea about Kaizen. The book is short and I cod finish reading quickly during short breaks.

Creating lasting change cannot be done by leaping into something because the human brain simply cannot adjust that way. Our Western mentality of instant gratification makes it difficult to comprehend Gradual Improvement.

But lasting change comes from taking small steps. Working your ass off is not the way to improve yourself. Work gradually, consistently, improve daily. And when it’s too tough for them, It’ll be JUST RIGHT FOR YOU.

GREAT THINGS IN SMALL PCKAGES

The author was able to convay the principles in a clear and understable way with real world examples. he also shows the reader a clear path in how small changes over time can impact ones own thinking and behaviours without the panic that change can bring. i would suggest this to anyone starting thier journy of self refection or self change.

Terrible

Terrible. Disorganized collection of platitudes and re-hashed ideas from other works. If originally in another language it was poorly translated. If not, the grammar is just awful. I'm glad I didn't really buy this book. Sorry I wasted some of my Kindle Unlimited time on it.

This is a short book and as such it's only meant to serve as an introduction to Kaizen. It's a good primer on the topic, however, in my experience more detailed reading would be required before someone new to Kaizen could attempt to implement Kaizen.
