Three stars because I finished the book. Elizabeth is betrothed to Edmund who turns out to be abusive. Will attacks the party to get back at Edmund for impregnating his sister and ends up taking Elizabeth home with him.
Kind of a weird premise, he wants to marry her so they can "adopt" his sister's child. I'm not sure people actually adopted children in medieval times, but it is weird that everyone is on board with the plan. Will, Elizabeth and the sister.
Lots of spelling and grammar mistakes, seemed to have a modern theme with a historical setting, but it really didn't work. No love scenes and no passion between them.
