Mishell Baker wrote this several years before the Arcadia Project trilogy. While those stories have a protagonist and several other characters who are mentally ill, the plot moves along in a logical fashion. I can't quite figure out what is going on with Vaporware. I'll give it two stars instead of only one because it has a surly teenager. That improves all stories.
