Millions of visitors to the World’s Fair have watched a giant computer register the increase in the world’s population minute by minute. Somehow it scares you a little doesn't it? Why? Listen to The Last Land Rush... The Government are inviting citizens to line the state highways at noon on the 30th of the month and wait for the starting gun. Any citizen who can stake and hold an area of land for 24 hours will become the owner, but at what price?
