A slim book that promises to share secrets about essential oils whose various properties (constituents) help certain aspects along in the bedroom department.
It was very disappointing in the fact that it was touted as a girlfriend's guide and nowhere on the covers or Amazon product description does it state that this book was written from the exclusive viewpoint of a member of the MLM, Young Living. It was definitely passive-aggressively pushy in "selling" YL oils. Throughout the book, it explains why YL oils are the best. Now, I'm not saying that YL oils are all sub-par, but if you keep up with the essential oil world, you know they've dabbled in shady business and ethical practises, and tests done on the purity of their oils have not always come back 100% satisfactorily.
Because of its Young Living viewpoint, it also meant that besides mentioning a small handful of single oils, (Clary Sage, Cypress, etc.), the majority of oils that were suggested as bedroom helpers were ALL Young Living blends. This is a huge put-off for anyone who doesn't use YL because now one has to look up the YL blends to figure out their components, purchase said components (specific oils), and then create a similar blend oneself. The mention and use of single oils in its recipes is not frequent enough to justify keeping this book.
At the end of the book, you get their Young Living member number and a URL in case you want to place an order for the magical oils and oil blends you read about in the book. I found this rather tacky, but if this book were marketed honestly and overtly as being from a Young Living perspective, then it would obviously have been appreciated by its target demographic.
For every other person who is loyal not to any company but to the purity evidenced in a company's oil test results, this is a Bloody Hard Pass.
