This book has done a great job of explaining and emphasizing the importance of daily intake of clean water. There is something new or not-known-before fact for everyone in this book. It is remarkable to understand the positive role of water in many of the lifestyle diseases covered in detail in a separate chapter (Chapter 4). "Water should never meet food in your throat or stomach and, likewise, food should never meet water in the same channels"— this made me think about eating and drinking in the right and healthy way. It was surprising to see limited readers and reviews for this book.
