This book contains the first edition (Greek with English translation) of this short but important apocalyptic document. The last paragraph of 'The Oracle of Baalbek’ shows that Jesus was active during the war of the Jews against the Romans. Vespasian and Titus were his direct military opponents. It is a piece of additional support for the theory I developed in ‘A Chronological Revision of the Origins of Christianity’.
Alexander’s book is a superb read. In-depth knowledge, balanced judgement, great scholarly style.
