The Wrong Side

Rate this book
Vick Salerno, sexy nephew of a local gangster, tried to stay on the right side of the law, despite his uncle trying to pull him into the family business. Fighting to stay legit and make it on his own, he gets detoured when he meets Joey Peters, the sexy young police man who has eyes for him.
As Vick’s relationship develops, it is threatened by his uncle’s illegal activities, which potentially could ruin his police officer boyfriend’s reputation by being involved romantically. Vick, while going back to school, gets a part time position with the police department, in turn creating greater challenges which may endanger the love blossoming between the two men.
The big question is whether their love can survive and overcome the fact that their lives are on opposite sides of right and wrong. Will Vick’s uncle, not easily accepting his nephew’s sexual orientation, throw obstacles in his nephew’s path? Despite having some really strong feelings for each other, being together and enjoying a steamy love life, Vick and Joey are forced to make some difficult decisions in this story of m/m erotica/romance.

4.5 stars.🌟 This is a great book. A great storyline with some hot scenes included. Especially loved the smokin scene washing dishes..purr. Two guys from sides of the tracks want to make a go of if but Frank mucks it up for Vick. Legal and Illegal are big factors in this story.  I loved the nail bitting ending of this even though it had some sad events going on. Ooh and there's 2 twists in this that'll suprise you that you wont expect at the end.
Victor 23 yrs was edging the lines of the law with his uncle being a mobster. Vick wanted to work with the law but uncle frank wants him in the business.
Joseph a respected police officer 25 yrs was gay and lonely. Joey wanted to find his lifetime mate but his job as a cop makes it hard.
The two have a brief connection but get together later in the book as things happen ie Uncle Frank..  A great book I really enjoyed reading.
