I'm an occasional listener to the podcast Tony hosts so thought I'd give this a spin
For anyone that's a fan of E-Myth this follows in a similar vein and explains the many benefits of systematising your business
What I liked about this was the personal nature of it. Tony talked about his specific journey through leaving his job, to setting up his company, becoming overwhelmed by the amount of work he was putting in before making changes to change things so he could live the lifestyle he wanted
This also gave some specific guidance on how to achieve this yourself by think about where you to be and the kind questions you should be asking yourself
It's a quick read - but this isn't a bad thing as many business books have a lot of extra "fat" (in my opinion)
