A senior bet. Almost every school has one–a tradition that's passed down from year to year. My small school in Tennessee is no different. While some seniors at schools all across the country have senior pranks or senior ditch days, our school has the senior bet. Lose your virginity by spring break–have proof–and you're in the running for prom queen. Does it sound ridiculous? It absolutely is, but ridiculousness won't stop me from getting my prom queen nomination. I've had plenty of opportunities to lose my V-card to one of the boys at my school, but I don't want to sleep with a high school boy. I want a man with experience. I want the man that's been starring in my wet dreams at night. I want my history teacher. I want Mr. Tucker. *Mr. Tucker is recommended for mature readers 18+ due to subject matter and sexual content.

I am always excited to read authors I haven't read before. I actually had one of Justine's books on my TBR list but you all know it's an infinite list and I can keep up with it! lol When she contacted me, telling me about her new book, I was definitely interested. A teacher/student romance? Yep, I am all ears! And it was pretty great!

Mr. Tucker is a stand-alone novel and it tells the story of Savannah Simple (a confident but virgin high school student who is on her last year and wants to continue with the tradition of her family of becoming the prom queen) and Landon Tucker a.k.a Mr. Tucker (Savannah's new and super-hot history teacher, a man who can't stop feeling atracted to his student and said atraction provokes lots of changes in their lives).

Meeting Mr. Tucker has changed my expectations. He's sexy, mature, and sophisticated, and after last night he's the current star of my wet dreams. I don't know how I'm going to make it happen, but I definitely can only imagine one man to give my "flower" to and that's Mr. Tucker.

I really enjoyed Mr. Tucker! It's that kind of book that you can always enjoy between reads because it's light, with less drama and full of sexy times! Savannah and Landon definitely have chemistry on both, the emotional and the sex department. At first, Landon wants to fight against his feelings but, obviously, that does not go well. He becomes even sexier when sex (and a ruler!) is involved ;)

I've been a good teacher and held off for long enough but Savannah will be eighteen tomorrow.
The good teacher act is over.

Am I dreaming again? Did I fall asleep while reading, or did Landon just smack my ass with the ruler?

"This is Israel, Savannah." His finger circles the small spot on the map. "I figure if I fuck you for the first time with this tiny country as your focal point, maybe you'll learn a thing or two."

Mr. Tucker is, surely, a hot dirty talking teacher! I will not complain about that.. But there is some teenage drama around because of the kind-of-ridiculous senior bet (if you lose your virginity by spring break –have proof– then you're in the running for prom queen).

That's when enters the only aspect that got on my nerves: the immaturity that Savannah (and her friends) have. Of course, I get it: they are teenagers. However, this whole thing about the bet.. Nope, I did not enjoy it as much. And the way the heroine's friends behave (especially Jo Lynne), so not liking that! But, I have to say Savannah do matures by the end of the book and that I really loved!

"I'm so proud of you, sweet girl."

"When I envision my future the only thing I see set in stone is you."

Therefore, my rating for Mr. Tucker is 4 STARS because I really enjoyed having a less dramatic read, the relationship between the couple and their smokin' chemistry! Also, the epilogue was super-sweet and sexy! So, if you like teacher/student romance and you want a lighter but still hot novel, check out Mr. Tucker. I recommend it, of course!

Savannah Simple is a seventeen year old going on eighteen year old high school senior. She’s practically dirt poor, works at a gas station, and doesn’t care much about school. But her good looks and heritage have earned her a spot in a circle of upscale friends.

Mr. Tucker or Landon, once you get on a first name basis with him (*wink*), is a twenty five year old History teacher, new to the school. Savannah’s never had much serious interest in boys her own age and one look at Mr. Tucker has her setting her sights on him.

What I liked best about the book… It’s pretty low angst and mainly focuses on how a student and teacher get together and make it work. A plus— the author even takes readers into the future to nail home that point.

What was smoking hot… Landon and Savannah’s first hook-up. Holy cow! As far as sex scenes go it was steaming and fit the student-teacher theme perfectly.

“‘I figure if I fuck you for the first time with this tiny country as your focal point, maybe you’ll learn a thing or two.’”

What could have made the book stronger…The pacing. The story basically spans Savannah’s senior year so there’s a lot of jumps in time and not a lot of daily build up. Sometimes I felt like I wasn’t connecting with the characters because I wasn’t getting to know them as two people interacting with each other to the point of falling in love.

What readers should probably know… This is definitely contains some smut-style writing. No judgment. Just saying. Be prepared to get your porn on.

“…I woke up this morning sexually frustrated after dreaming of Mr. Tucker filling my tank with his hose and pumping me with his fluid.”

You might also need to suspend some disbelief in terms of the way the characters behave. There are certain aspects that I had a hard time envisioning in the real world or maybe I’ve just been out of high school too long. Or never lived in a town like this. Either way, a lot of the characters seemed shallow and the teens are very preoccupied with sex and status.

My impressions of the characters…. I honestly had a hard time relating with Savannah. While on the surface she seemed to think very highly of herself and her looks, I felt that deep down she was really an insecure girl. There were places where she really blatantly went after Mr. Tucker and acted pretty immature. Though we are repeatedly told she’s supposedly god’s gift to men, I didn’t always feel it and I also didn’t always see her appeal, especially to an older, educated man. Landon seemed like a good guy, but I’m not sure the connection between them (beyond physical attraction) completely came across to the point that I understood why he was willing to risk so much. The story is told by their dual point a view but perhaps more chapters by Landon would have helped...On second thought, yes, definitely craved more of his POV. ;-)

All in all, a sexy forbidden tale.

4 Teach Me Mr. Tucker Stars

I was completely intrigued by the premise and cover. I love a good teacher/student romance book. I haven’t read a Justine Elvira book in some time and I forget how steamy and addictive her reads are. There’s something about no-fuss, no-muss read that just puts you in that good mood.

Mr. Tucker is Savannah’s history teacher. Savannah isn’t your typical high school student, for a virgin she’s pretty out there. She’s pretty and she knows it. I usually cringe when the Heroine is so forward, but since this is a student / teacher romance, Savannah pursuing Mr. Tucker was different to me.

“It’s okay to find me attractive, Landon. I’m completely enamored with you. I think about you all the time and you’re the reoccurring role in all of my late-night fantasies”

Savannah needs to lose her virginity by prom so she can be prom queen. Isn’t it over the top? I went with it. I’m not sure if this is a thing, then again, I haven’t been a high school student for a while and high school girls can be pretty crazy.

Mr. Tucker is the good young twenty-something guy. He’s super attracted towards Savannah and why wouldn’t he be? She flirts with him like crazy. He tries to stay away so many times because it’s the right thing to do, but a man can only say no so many times. Also, with late night tutoring sessions, you know where the story is going to go.

“Savannah is rare. She’s the sweetest, most expensive, best high drug that was made for me”

Mr. Tucker is hot. I’m a little biased towards men who wear glasses, so I’m all about Mr. Tucker. He’s dominate, nerdy and very crush worthy. I liked that the story had little to no angst and it was about Savannah and Tucker’s love affair. Don’t get me wrong, the tension was crazy hot and I couldn’t get enough of it.

Mr. Tucker is an easy quick read and you can finish it in one sitting.

2 'Slither into my canal' Stars

There's a big difference between good smut and bad smut, and this book is an example of both.

At least the first 55% is an over the top, immature, cringe inducing, eye rolling, imaginary cockfest and if I were Mr Tucker I literally would have tucked and run.

Now if you can make it past the 50% mark you do actually start to get a bit of substance from this story. But it felt almost like two different people wrote this book. The first half is just ridiculous for the most part; as I said above - over the top, filled with immature characters and cringey. We go from talking about her group of friends to her saying how much she wants her cunt filled with cock. It was so abrupt that it felt slightly inappropriate.

BUT the second half held some real promise with the writing. There was potential. When the author stopped with the silly little girl daydreams and we got past all the giant orgasm producing fantasies the main character liked to have every second of the day, there was a good student teacher love story. A bit of depth behind her lusty vagina.

Sadly you really have to dig under the stupid shit to get to it. I have no idea if this split personality writing style is typical of this author as I haven't read anything by her before, but if it is I won't be reading her other books.

And that cover is bloody awful - sort it out

An interesting spin on the teacher/student theme. I enjoyed having the leading lady be the one taking charge, even if her original intention was a little ridiculous (she does admit this – it’s right in the blurb).

I was not a huge fan of how immature the heroine acted throughout this book. Savannah Simple – even when she admits to being immature, has a way of acting totally naive that (for me) only highlighted the unlikely nature of the relationship between her and Mr. Tucker. Although, despite the unlikeliness, I was still completely intrigued by it. No matter how many times I cringed at her lack of understanding of the word “NO” … no matter how many times I rolled my eyes at her sometimes childish ways … I couldn’t get enough. Granted, this character has a huge family burden on her shoulders and carries it with extreme maturity, so perhaps I judged her relationship naivety too harshly.

Mr. Tucker is a goddamn Saint -until he’s not. Definitely f’ing f-able. But there was more to him than just his sexy ways – he’s a man with a brain & that is even sexier than his big !!!

Overall this is a satisfying story. The execution is fairly well done – even if I wasn’t the biggest fan of the leading lady – she grew up in the end & (mostly) redeemed herself for me.

I’d recommend this one for anyone looking for a steamy, taboo read with a side of teenage angst.

The story jumped around a bit too much for me.
There wasn't much day to day story it was more of a skipped ahead timeline.
Some parts were predictable but you can only do so much with a teacher/student book.

I liked some parts. I liked when they were together but I wish I could've have gotten more of them just being together and not having sex all the time. I hated Jo Lynn wish she could have gotten what she deserved. Bitch.

Epilogue was way too far in the future. That was a crazy jump. The whole history repeating itself thing didn't do anything for me. I'd rather have had the epilogue like 10 years later or something and seeing how they were with kids growing up and having a new life. It seemed to be all about the sex. Everything led there and that's all either of them thought about.

So I struggled with rating this book. Parts of it had me intrigued and parts had me sighing. It mostly breaks down to the first half of the story was just too over the top for me personally. I knew going it that it was going to have a good amount of high school hijinks and chees. Anyone who has read the blurb should already understand that. But for me Savannah’s relentless pursuit of Mr. Tucker was cringe worthy at times. She was relentless in getting what she wants as high school girls are. The main issue was that in that I could not connect or relate to her.

Now, the second half of the book help a lot of promise and the cringe worthy moments died down and the forbidden love story shinned through. I will say that this was WAY sexy for a high school student teacher and I feel you should know that going in, not that I am complaining but different readers expect different things from a book that takes place in high school.

I love me a student teacher romance and have read quite a few of them. Overall, this one was light and fun without too much angst. Extremely sexy with a hero that can go from sexy nerdy teacher to the man in charge in just a moment. If you are into forbidden love and stories verging on the erotic side than this is one you should try!

I love a forbidden romance and this book does not disappoint. It gives a whole new meaning to the term ‘Hot for Teacher!’

Savannah Simple doesn’t have it easy; as well as trying to keep up her grades so she can graduate her senior year, she also has to practically work full-time hours to keep a roof above her and her family’s heads. That’s a lot of responsibility on a seventeen-year-old’s shoulders.

Added to which is the senior bet. In order to receive a Prom Queen nomination, she has to lose her v-card and provide the necessary proof before Spring Break! Sounds ridiculous, right? Wrong! Savannah comes from a long line of Prom Queens and she may not have much, but she’s determined to keep that tradition alive.

Now she just has to decide who the lucky boy will be once she turns eighteen in December. The only problem, Savannah doesn’t want a boy she wants a man…..

Enter the new history teacher, Mr Tucker. Oh and did I mention he is hot with a capital H! Mr Tucker, Landon, takes centre stage in all of Savannah’s naughty dreams. Now….how does she make those dreams a reality?

I devoured this story in one sitting as I had to find out what happened. The sexual chemistry between these two is intense and there is this one scene in the classroom!! Well, let’s just say I won’t look at a ruler the same way again #nuffsaid

However, I also loved the emotional connection between Savannah and Landon. None more so than when Savannah says:

“I feel like my day begins and ends with him.”

The chapters told from Landon’s POV really highlight his internal turmoil, but this is more than mere sexual attraction.

Le sigh……this story was all things naughty and nice!!

I am a huge fan of student/teacher forbidden romances because I mean, come on, who hasn’t had the hots for their teacher at some point in their lives? There is something so sexy about it. Pair that with the warning that it is “hot and sexy smut” and I was all in.

Mr. Landon Tucker is the new history teacher at the tiny town Savannah lives in, in Tennessee. He is young and hot, and everybody wants him.

“Is it normal for a woman to have sexual fantasies about her teacher when she’s never even had sex before?”

Yep, Savannah is a virgin and she needs to pop that cherry in order to become the prom queen. Of course, she wants an older, real man to do it and decides Mr. Tucker is the right man, and sets out to seduce him.

However, being a good guy—and trying to be a good teacher—Landon decides he needs to tutor Savannah, as she is failing most classes due to her outside work schedule.

“For fuck’s sake, she’s my student. I should not be having these improper thoughts and what’s even worse is the little temptress knows exactly what she’s doing to me.”

When he finally gives in, it is hot as hell.

If you are looking for a dirty, flirty, and forbidden book, then this is the right one! It is a quick, sexy read that also has a bit more than just smut. I really enjoyed it! ~ Tiffany, 4 stars

If an intense seductive student/teacher romance is not your type of book please do not try and read this one. Savannah and Mr. Tucker are a combustible force from the beginning to the end. He is her support system and tries everything in his power to get her through senior year. Savannah on the other hand has other plans but find herself push the expected more and more out the way for "the dream". Her vivid imagination will leave you breathless in a NSFW way but Mr. Tucker truly teaches her that the reality is so much sweeter.

This is a book of friendship and devotion. It illustrates how popularity is all about trumping you friend and if you are the chosen one, everyone will look at you in envy. Savannah was the chosen one and also victorious without the silver spoon. She had the golden heart and hot curves.

This was a great read. I thought the story was interesting. I thought the characters were interesting. However, I did think that Savannah was a bit immature in the beginning. Then, as the story progressed, I begin to see her grow up and it was very nice to see. I am happy that they got a happily ever after. Overall, an interesting read.

I love any kind of teacher/student romance so of course I really got into this one. I did have some issues with some of the content, like how could she be a virgin but soo interested in losing her v-card in order to be prom queen? At least her character acknowledged it was pitty and shallow, but still seems a bit out of character. She was also pretty forward for a virgin, just sayin.... I get it helped move the story along and ultimately get to the heated scenes but seemed a bit unrealistic and pulled me from the story a bit. That being said, this still scratched the itch I wanted and I'll probably read it again. I do like ones with HEA, and while I'll say the ending wasn't my favorite part (as it too seemed a little unrealistic) it was funny and still a HEA.

Mr. Tucker was a refreshing twist on an old idea, student/teacher romance. Which also happens to be one of my favorites. Ok, I know, what isn't your favorite, Lia? I do have many. And it's been a good long while since I've read a good student/teacher book. So off I went.

It's been years since I was in high school, quite a few years actually. But I do have teen daughters and I CRINGED thinking about them doing stuff like this. Yes, it's a story but I don't know, I just found some of it out there. And by next week my daughters will have tracking devices on their phones and chastity belts, so thanks for that. But I digress....

If you're a sucker for sexual tension, whoa, does this book have it. It was a fast read that only took me a few hours. Not a bad way to spend a rainy afternoon.

I snagged this one off of KU. Wasn't really sure what I was getting into with it but thought, "Hey, why not." It turned out a lot better than I thought it would. At first the h is more than a bit childish, she's definitely a teen and it shows. She also matures over the book, which shows as well.

If you put aside the level of steamy in this one, the story is pretty good. The steamy doesn't hurt either. ;)

Fantasy

What female alive hasn't lusted over a guy a little older? This story is no different. Mr. Tucker, the hot new history teacher, and Savannah play a sexy dance around the school, home, car, and work just waiting for her birthday.
There are a lot of loose ends left hanging at the end but plenty of heated scenes to make up for it.

I enjoyed several aspects of this book but I had two problems with it. The h was 17 when we met her and she behaved exactly like an immature teenager would act...no consideration for rules, consequences, laws, or the belief system of someone else, such as the H. She didn't seem to care that her flirting with her teacher could end his career and ruin his life. She kept at it in spite of being asked several times to give him space.

As you might expect, not much changed when she turned 18. Sure, she was now old enough to consent but it still didn't eliminate the problem that Mr. Tucker was her teacher and could go to jail for having a relationship with her. That bothered me. And, the fact that he gave into her and started a relationship while she was still a student didn't endear him to my heart either.

4 Horny-Stars! ☆☆☆☆
In the beginning i was ready to give this book 3 stars. But as i went on, the story got better and the sex was even more hot.

Off the bat, i disliked Savannah's friends. They seem to have their noses too high up in the air. All they worry their little brains about is losing your virginity before graduation or what outfit to wear to what party.

One of these 3 stupid idiots, she calls "friends" actually said, “In order to be nominated for prom queen you have to lose your V-card.” -just because your a major slut doesn't mean everyone else has to be.

“I want a man with experience. I need a guy who will make me cry in pain as he breaks through my barrier and thrusts inside me but then cry out in ecstasy as I come shortly after. This has been my fantasy plan all along.”

I did have a major problem with the plot. In the beginning Savannah has a crush on Mr. Tucker. The next chapter she's getting rides and tutoring lessons from a character named Landon out of nowhere, who also seems to be a teacher. The whole time i was questioning, "who the f#%k is Landon!?"
Then, she said something about him and used his full name. Landon Tucker. So Im assuming he and the teacher are the same person. Right? Wrong! Because the next chapter, shes at work and Mr Tucker drives up and starts a conversation with her as if he doesn't know her. But then, chapters later, he confesses his name is Landon as if its the first time he told Savannah his first name. So...What the f#%k?! This was so confusing!

The time sequence was f#%ked up. But,
Luckily, the sex scenes were so lip-biting-good. :) And there was so many of them.

“She'll be eighteen in a few hours and the next time she teases me I'm going to rip her shirt off and fit as much of each tit in my mouth as possible. Then I'll suck on her nipples and she'll beg me for more. My hands will slide down beneath her skirt, trail up her thighs until I'm finger f#%king her sweet pu##y, preparing her for my long, thick d!ck. Once she's ready I won't take it easy, plunging inside her with one deep thrust and making her c#nt so satisfied with its intrusion and aching for more.” ....yeah, its pretty hot!

The other thing that kept bothering me while i was reading, was the reason why both Savannah and Mr. Tucker had a problem f#%king. It wasn't mainly because they were teacher and student, but rather they were both waiting until she turned 18.

“I begin to panic. The full picture of what's about to happen flashes before my eyes and I'm suddenly scared for my innocent vagina. Landon is so big, too big. Maybe my first time should have been with a high school boy. At least this way an average d!ck would take my virtue.
"It's okay," Landon mumbles between my breasts before moving back up in front of me. My hand is still on his erection, too terrified to unleash the wild beast. "You'll adapt. Your walls will stretch for me and it'll feel amazing.”

I did like the ending. I liked how even though the friend that thought she got away with blackmailing her for prom queen won, in the end she lost. Savannah and Landon got their happy ending while all she got a was couple of minutes of one night in the spot light.

Even though there were a few parts that confused me, overall, i liked the story. It was sweet and made me smile a lot.

"At some point I crossed the imaginary line drawn in the sand and there's no going back..."

I love a forbidden romance story and, overall, this story was sweet and really hot!

Savannah needs to lose her virginity by Spring Break before she can be entered into the running for Prom Queen. It’s been a tradition in her family for generations. However, she really wants to lose it to someone older and more experienced than just a high-school boy. The minute she sees the new history teacher, Mr Landon Tucker, she knows that he’s the one.

Mr Tucker is driven almost to distraction by Savannah’s sexy wiles. In addition to his insane desire for her, he also sees her potential to be something more, and he insists on tutoring her to improve her grades so that she can graduate. Savannah’s sexual overtures and direct flirting with him pushes him to the brink of his control.

I love this author but I must be honest and say I wasn’t particularly fond of Savannah to begin with. I thought she was selfish in her single-minded pursuit of Mr Tucker, in spite of his protestations, ignoring the fact that his career would be on the line if they became involved and got caught. It isn’t until much later in the book that I started to like her. She’s actually a poor girl, who works hard to scrape together money to keep her mum and aunt afloat. She gets cast-offs from her rich friends, and being Prom Queen is the only time she feels that she could shine in her own right. In addition, in spite of being the most beautiful girl in the school, she certainly has her fair share of insecurities where love is concerned.

I REALLY liked Mr Tucker – he had a good heart and he really cared about Savannah and wanted the best for her. The sex scenes between them are off-the-charts hot! Forget steamy – the scenes were sizzling! He’s pretty filthy and raw. Definitely ticks all the hot teacher boxes!!

*ARC*

So first off I need to apologize to the author, Justine Elvira. I was sent this ARC a while back and it unfortunately got lost in the mix and the craziness of my schedule. I am so sorry I am just now reviewing this.

Mr. Tucker was a hot teacher/student read that once I started it, I couldn’t put it down. What would you do if your teacher was not only the one you gave your virginity to, but also the man you are in a relationship with throughout your Senior year of high school? Now before some of you get your panties in a bunch, Savannah is of legal age when she loses her virginity. I know some people will have a hissy fit and a half over that little tidbit so I am telling you now she was legal. Okay moving on. Landon, aka Mr. Tucker tries to keep that line of teacher/student and doesn’t want to cross it, but for him Savannah is more than just another pretty face, she is worth the risk to his job and he wants to help her succeed in all of her classes not just his. The chemistry between them is off the charts from the very start. I wish I had had a smoking hot teacher when I was in high school.

Mr. Tucker goes beyond that taboo relationship of a teacher and a student. It shows growth, that priorities change, and a title doesn’t always equal happiness. I wanted Savannah and Landon to work out, I wanted them both to find their happy ever after and I wasn’t disappointed at all. I do wish though that Savannah had stood up for herself a little bit during a certain scene, she was so much more than what that group tried to make her out to be.

If you are looking for a sexy teacher/student romance than Mr. Tucker is one you should have on your TBR lists. This book whore really enjoyed it!

Okay, the beginning was really good but their relationship took forever to happen. Gosh, I almost thought he wasn't going to give in. The sexual tension was so high, and Landon was literally a saint. He had a hot first name (like Landon from one of my favorite accidental pregnancy books but spelled differently).

The first sex scene was hot...and then it was just time passes...and then the climax where you know with these books, it's always a matter of when they're going to get caught. As a result, I liked the first half of the book better even though they weren't together. Maybe I would have liked it better if I had read it in one sitting, but I had to work, so that wasn't possible.

Also, the main character, Savannah, was not modest at all lol. She thought she was God's gift to men, and besides her body, I wasn't exactly sure why Landon loved her lol. Not sure if needing to lose your virginity to be nominated as prom queen is actually a thing, but I suspended belief. And it fit in with her friends being so concerned about status, wealth, and sex.

Then the ending...the epilogue being 23 years later seemed a bit extra to me. But it was realistic her not being a famous singer...it annoys me when in the epilogue, things are a little too good to be true, like a fairytale...everyone is successful beyond their wildest dreams. Okay, but can we get a Meadow and Coach book? LOL (Meadow is their daughter).

Disclaimer: If a teacher/student romance is an off-limits topic for you then do not read this book.

However, if you want to read a hot, unbelievably steamy, and sexy romance then Mr. Tucker is a DEFINITE read for you.

Mr. Tucker is the hot new 25 year old History teacher that has every female at the school drooling over him. He wants to help his students succeed and absolutely loves his job. Will late night tutoring sessions and one temptress cause him to lose it all? How long can he continue to deny his feelings towards Savannah?

Savannah Simple is starting her senior year. She does not like school, but she is determined to stay so she can earn the title of Prom Queen, just like all of the other women in her family. She just has to lose one important thing before her nomination. Savannah sets her sights on Mr. Tucker and wants him to be the one to get her “nominated”; with her looks and her persistence she is determined to get what she wants. Will she be able to just get what she wants and move on? Or, is she going to find herself wanting more than she can have?

This story has so much depth to it - the friendship and bond that builds between the two characters is touching and heartwarming.

Justine Elvira is an amazing author and if the subject is not too taboo for you, then I highly suggest you read this book NOW!!

Reviewed on Behalf of Give Me Books

(4 stars)

I love a good student/teacher taboo romance and this one definitely didn't disappoint.

Savannah Simple is a seventeen, almost 18, year old high school senior and a virgin. She's poor, works at a gas station and can't wait to get out of town. She's always wanted an older man who knows how to make a woman feel good to take her innocence. Mr. Tucker, or Landon when you get to a first name basis, is the 25 year old, sexy, new history teacher and Savannah has her sights on him.

Mr. Tucker offers to tutor Savannah to help bring her grades up so she can graduate. He tries to ignore her advances and his attraction to her because she is his student and underage. The longer they spend time together, the harder it gets to fight their attraction. Once Savannah turns 18 and is no longer jailbait, Mr. Tucker can't ignore his attraction to her anymore.

I loved the story and the characters. Landon and Savannah have great chemistry. This student/teacher romance is a little different from others with the storyline. It's about a senior bet and losing your virginity to get the prom queen nomination. More than that, it's the story of a young girl who practically supports her family coming into her own.

Awesome!!! 🎀

It’s such a sweet romance story!! I loved it! I was expecting all the dramas and all found in the typical romance novels (which I intensely dislike 😫) but this really surprised me! I Just gobbled it up all in one setting!! 🥰

Mr. Tucker is one hot teacher. As usual, Justine Elvira delivers a well-written, fun, multi-layered story sprinkled with A LOT of steam. The relationship between Mr. Tucker and his student is escalating fast, and I appreciated that she was the one to take charge. Of course they have a lot to lose yet their attraction is genuine and between two consulting adults.
Mr. Tucker is the first person to believe in Savanah and proves her she worthy of interest. That's sad in a way and he's doing a great job at rebuilding her self-confidence. Also, the fact that there's more to the story than their taboo relationship was a plus. It reminded me that high-school years can be shallow (bet, prom, mostly vain friends...). It's a sensitive read, full of love and a variation of how it can be expressed. I loved it.

For once, I virgin didn't have a negative adverse reaction for me in this story. She's a well adjusted senior in high school and falls for the new teacher in school. Another relative first for me - the teacher/student trope wasn't outrageous and didn't make me want to gag. I love Justine's writing and was impressed at how she did the story justice and created so much emotion within the characters to pull me in. I quickly fell in love with the characters and their unconventional love as well as how they managed it. I highly recommend this book and author!
