Loneliness and failed relationships made Phoebe want a cyborg of her own. With him, she would never be heartbroken again, but getting a cyborg is not easy. So when she turned to the medical and scientific company MedAct, she never expected to become one of the few people who passed their tests to be able to apply for one.

The following ratings are out of 5: Romance: 💙🖤💚💜 Heat/Steam: 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Story/Plot: 📕📗📙📘 World building: 🌏🌍🌎🌍 Character development: 😔😃😤🥰
The heroine:Phoebe - relationships had never worked out for her so she turned to a company called MedAct to purchase her own cyborg. She had helped design the perfect man for her from his features to his personality. In order to qualify for a cyborg, she had to be single, thirty years old, with a well-paying job and a home of her own. Phoebe also had to have extensive psychological testing. Once she gets her cyborg, she has to take a month off work to teach him everything (aside from his programming) and integrate him into her life. The cyborg is bonded to his owner, and you can never abandon or return him or he will die.
The Hero:Shade - he woke up knowing only that he belonged to the woman in front of him and that he had a primal need for her. He couldn’t speak or understand yet, so he wanted to do what came naturally. The woman directed him out of the room they were in and down the hall to her apartment, and he began to understand some of her words.
The Story: Shade and Phoebe spent the first few days together getting to know each other on an intimate level. Like a honeymoon, so to speak. Then they moved into phase two where he had to learn how to interact with other people and cyborgs and learn that not everything is a threat to his bound one.
I’m not sure I liked this one all that much since the whole learning process made me feel like Phoebe was raising a child more than teaching a cyborg. It seems to me that the company that makes the cyborgs could teach them this stuff, but I suppose it makes sense that they have to see their bound one first and the most those first few days. I just didn’t really want to read about the whole process. Though I have to admit the story got much better when they started interacting with others.
There is a side storyline about the fighters, a group of cyborgs whose bound ones have died and when they didn’t die, they decided to live without being bound to another. They think being bound is like being owned and that being a fighter is being free. They live on the outskirts of society and sometimes come into the city to steal supplies and create havoc. I liked this storyline and may just continue on with this series.
One funny thing in this story is that MedAct only makes male cyborgs not female. Which is probably the opposite of what would happen in real life. Lord knows rich men would probably line up to get a female cyborg that didn’t age, made to their exact specifications, that they could have sex with. Though they would probably get them made to follow orders and without any intelligence.
I love all things cyborg and this book was offered as a kindleunlimited so I decided, why not? Where do I begin.............. this book was one hot mess. Basically the heroine creates her dream man and doctors design her cyborg to her specifications. He wakes up, notices her, and they immediately start having sex and confessing their undying love for one another. I didn’t enjoy anything about this book. The cyborg was pretty much her slave. She OWNED him. There was no relationship development. Basically this book in a nutshell..........heroine creates her ideal man, doctor creates the cyborg, they have lots of sex, say they love each other, throw in a pretty lame event, and the end. This book is also in GREAT need of an editor. Tons of type-o. I also tired of the lack of contractions. The dialogue felt incredibly forced. Even the book cover was bad. Needless to say this isn’t one I recommend, nor a series I will continue.
This book fits the j/p category. I did like it but I only liked it. I didn't love it.
It starts out with the h, Phoebe, in the lab creating her cyborb who will only be bound to her. H wakes us like a newborn baby. He is running on pure instinct and his instinct is to f*ck her brains out for DAYS!! I couldn't take days of nonstop f*cking and I doubt she would of either. But she instantly loves him and he her. I don't know why I wasn't into this since it should hit all the right notes for me. There are several j/p moments. No cheating. The H never thinks about another woman.
Thers is some drame regarding a group of cyborgs who do not believe in the bond and are unbound and plan to stay that way. We meet a few cyborgs that are going to have subsequent books of which I do not plan to buy or read.

I was intrigued by this book, but I truly hated the heroine. Honestly, from the start the whole concept of her creating this perfect man for her was turning my gut but I thought maybe she could redeem herself...she couldn't. She was utterly oblivious to how wrong the whole thing was because not only did he have no choice but she had Him created exactly into what SHE wanted to love. However, it gets worse when he has a chance to be able to live without a bond to her she begs for him not be taken from HER. That it might kill him seems to be a secondary concern to her...ugh. So, why 3 stars because I liked the hero and the world building while hurts my heart is unique. But, will I read the rest in the series no...the fact that the heroes have no free will in thier love is too much for me.

I've read a number of cyborg romances. This one offered something a little different from the rest. These cyborgs aren't fighters...but lovers. Women can order a mate (a cyborg) to be created for them. Neat concept. I enjoyed the story a lot.
I've ventured a bit with my reading. I am enjoying the premise of this series. I will call it intelligent coupling through science.
I joined the author's mailing list so that I could read the next installment and I've downloaded book 2 for Wind and Celise's story. I guess I'm hooked.
I was gifted with a free copy through the giveaway program. Also reviewed forAlina Melinda's reads.
Is there any life for cyborgs after the death of their beloved one and after the bound is broken? Is the bound between humans and cyborgs actually real? Or is it just a way to control cyborgs? What if "true feelings" are actually forced, programmed? Can cyborgs have any feelings? Can cyborgs be trusted at all ?
This was a new domain to me, my first book about cyborgs. The concept of the story was pretty neat and the little love story between Shade and Phoebe was enjoyable. We also get enough details about other characters, bad characters included. Easy to read but the author was too repetitive , explaining on and on and on about the bound, how important it is and what role MedAct plays in all this. And I also hated the " owning" term. Other than this was a good start for a series. * At the end of the book there was an additional short novella Tempted Cyborg (Bound By Her #1.5).
The short story of Hunter, one of Nightmare's soldiers, we find out what happens to him after MedAct captures him . Also we get a little glimpse at his past and how he ended up as a Fighter.
This book is not for me. I was intrigued by the idea of a woman creating a personal cyborg to her specifications. I was really put off by the idea that she's immediately madly in love with this cyborg just because she designed it, and I was even more put off by the idea that the newborn cyborg required 24/7 sex for days on end.
The "love" story here is so shallow and immature it feels like the author must be a tween virgin with zero experience of a romantic relationship.
There's supposed to be more to this story, something about cyborgs who lose their bound ones and become outlaw fighters, but honestly, I just can't force myself to read on.
I saw this book and fancied something different, and the description intrigued me. To have the ability to handpick a man to your on specifications, that loves you as soon as his eyes open. I really enjoyed it, Phoebe decided she wanted her own Cyborg and fell for Shade straight away, but that was just the beginning. Plenty of world building as this is book one. There was plenty of action in and out of the bedroom. So step into the future. Have you been unlucky in love? Then have your own Cyborg built, I love this step into the future and am looking forward to Wind and Celeste's story.
Her Cyborg is one of those books where the premise was very interesting but the actual execution ended up being somewhat lacking.
First off, all the cyborgs mentioned in the book are male. There is no mention of female cyborgs either having been created or even considered for creation. This means that the only individuals who can create their “perfect” mate are heterosexual women or homosexual men, and while the former are mentioned numerous times, the latter are not mentioned as being candidates at all.
Second, the “bond” that is created between cyborg and human is mentioned to the point of being ridiculous. Practically every page there is some mention of this bond, of how it is part of the core programming of the cyborg and should the female they are bonded to sever it, how the cyborg will die or go insane. Every character, whether human or not, talks of this bond – of its importance – and it gets tiring pretty quickly.
Third, there is almost no character development to speak of. We are given so little background on Phoebe or any of her friends that I found it difficult to actually care about them. Even when certain events came to pass and lives were in danger, it was hard to be concerned.
Lastly, and I think most importantly, was a detail I noticed that might make some readers uncomfortable. It’s mentioned that when a cyborg first awakens the bond between him and his human is particularly strong. So much so that the two of them must be practically isolated for their first month together. The way Lind describes Shade’s thoughts and actions during this time, it borders on the obsessive and could be triggering for some readers. And while his possessiveness is dismissed as part of his programming and will lessen with time, it was still troublesome to read.
Sadly, as promising as the premise of Her Cyborg is, the book itself is as one reviewer put it “A hot mess.” There is a second and third book in the series that continues the story with characters introduced in the first book. If they are anything like this one, it is not worth the money or time. Something which makes me sad because I really wanted to like this one.
Phoebe was lonely and dating had not worked for her lifestyle. So she decided to apply for a cyborg from MedAct, where she would be able to select the attributes of her perfect man. He would be bound to her, only wanting her happiness, protecting her always, loving her forever. If he ever lost her, by death or separation, it more than likely would drive him totally crazy or bring about his death. His programming demanded that he be bound to a female. Much to her surprise, Phoebe qualified for the program and Shade was created just for her. He was better than she ever imagined! They had a period of training so that he would learn all he needed and would be able to function in the outside world without being a danger to others.
Things were not always easy, but at last Shade was ready to go home with Phoebe. But as they crossed the lobby, an attack by The Fighters – dangerous rogue cyborgs who were no longer bound -- was made on the MedAct building. Phoebe was hit by a tranquilizer dart, and Shade was likewise incapacitated. But The Fighters who initiated the attack, led by their leader, Nightmare, were unable to grab Shade before MedAct’s cyborgs rescued him. Phoebe, however, was carried away by the enemy.
Shade was supposed to be Nightmare’s experiment to see how a newborn cyborg could adjust to losing his bound female. While Shade worked with Phoebe’s loyal friends and a cyborg named Wind, Phoebe was held captive in Nightmare’s headquarters. Would Shade lose his sanity before he could get to Phoebe? Would they be able to track The Fighters to their hideout when no one else had been able to do so? What fate awaited them in this dangerous standoff?
I really enjoyed this book. It was totally different from other cyborg books I had read. I imagined many difficult ethical questions to be raised by this book since the cyborgs are not given any kind of choice on being bound. The story line could go in so many different directions! Grab a copy and find out which path was chosen and whether a solution for all parties could be found. Not everything is actually as it first seems . . .
Excellent first book of series. Since I was young and read about androids and cyborgs in science fiction books, I have been interested in the premise of artificial intelligence and the meaning of being human. It is a delight to see more authors exploring that in the romance genre.
In this particular world-build, Nellie Lind has created a society where cyborgs have been around for about a half-century, and are available to be created as life companions, for a price, to certain screened individuals. The cyborg bonds to the person in a way that is unbreakable, and the cyborg will die or go insane if the bonded one is lost. So this is a permanent decision for the human; no cyborg can be "sent to the pound" so to speak if things don't work out. It appears for the most part this has been a successful way of working together, cyborgs and humans, except that it isn't; there are cyborgs who did not die from their bonds breaking, or whom were damaged by bonds in imperfect circumstances or with what I would perceive as the wrong individuals. These crazed cyborgs have formed their own fringe society led by one of the oldest cyborgs to survive his bond breaking by his bonded's death, Nightmare.
The story in this book is about Shade, a newly minted cyborg, and Phoebe, the young woman who has basically designed him to be perfect for her. It's understandable that there is instalust, he's designed that way and she's been waiting a long time for him. But they grow into a different kind of love, which is tested as he matures and there are conflicts with the rogue cyborgs.
Well worth the read, and she sends out book 1.5 to newsletter subscribers. I look forward to more books in this series with characters that have already intrigued me from this first book. Tight writing and good flow, fits a lot into a short space.
This is a new author for me. I found this read while trolling through Kindle Unlimited. I really liked it. I have been a big fan of Laurann Dohner and her cyborg series. So I thought what the hey.....
Glad I did. Shade is a new born cyborg bound to Phoebe who created her perfect man from her heart. Things are so wonderful till and escaped cyborg renamed Nightmare tries to kidnap Shade and instead takes Phoebe. Shade will do anything to get phoebe back who loose his memories of their bounding. But Nightmare is wrong it is not forced when it's created with love.
****If you are a Kindle Unlimited Subscriber this is on the free read list****
Put it down 3x and tried to pick it back up again. Just couldn’t. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop and the whole premise to end up being some major diabolical corporate scheme to enslave AI and it just wasn’t happening. Corporate entity takes exorbitant quantities of money to give women sole ownership of their own personal lovebot/life companion without ulterior motives? Color me fucking jaded, but I don’t buy it. Hell to the no. Too much legit sci-fi? Or my general distrust of corporate entities mixed with mankind? Cybernetic exploitation/trafficking with extra steps? 🤷🏼♀️ TBH it all just.. creeped me out.
Sweet sci-fi story. The writing is simple and clear. There are some wrong forms of words and wrong words used. There is a repetition of information that was irritating in the beginning. The creation of cyborgs was vague so they sounded more like androids. The awakening process was interesting. The world building is narrow so it was hard to accept the world. the ending is happy but there are loose ends.
While this was well written, I found it boring. I understand that as a new cyborg there needs to be intelligence and behaviour development, but it just went on and on. So I lost interest.
I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this book. The idea of creating your perfect partner has been done before but I really liked the how it is depicted here and the fact that it appears pretty normal in this world, its not some big secret is an interesting way to explore it.
It is clearly a fist book in a series so there is a lot of ground work that is obviously being put down for future entries. You can see that and recognise it for what it is but it mostly doesn't mess with the flow of this story.
I really liked all of the characters and dynamics that were introduced. Out leads for this story ( Phoebe and Shade) are both nice and you do find yourself rooting for them to get there happily ever after but I actually found myself liking the side characters even more.
Phoebe's friendship group is introduced organically through out the book and while I'm sure they are there to set up their own love stories for future books, it never feels like that.
I only have two issues with this book on the whole, one is the love bond a cyborg forms with their bound one that moment they open their eyes. In this book I feel like Shade genuinely loves Phoebe and the bond just helps to cement that, so it doesn't facter in to much but as the story progresses we are introduced to characters that see the bond differently from anyone else.
The fighters, a group of unbound Cyborgs hate the bond and what it does to them, through them we get to see the negative side of this thing that has only been show to us as a positive thing.
Towards the end of the book one of Phoebe's friends (Faye) accidentally initiates a bond between her and an unbound cyborg (Silver). She kisses him in and effort to distract him and the other fighters from hurting Shade.
Silver did flirt with her a lot before that moment but he flirted with every other woman he met too. He and the other unbound cyborgs do not seem happy about this, one actually warns Faye that Silver will always hate her just as much as the bond will make him love her. So, that leaves us with something to think about.
My other issues is one with wording. We are told that Cyborgs run on basic instinct for the first few days and in every case there first instinct is to make love to their bound one. I understand that Shade is freshly created, we saw him awaken for the first time in this book but I really wish the author hadn't referred to him as Phoebe's new born cyborg so many times during spicy moments the two of them were sharing. It honestly struck as a little bit icky and pulled me out of the story for a bit.
Despite any criticisms I may have I did read all of the books that a currently in this series in just a few days. I couldn't puy them down and didn't stop reading until there was nothing left for me to read. I also intended to read the next book when it comes out.

It's like a Build A Bear, but for Male Significant Others... Which is Much, Much Better!
If you could make the Perfect BF, tailored & engineered down to the last minute detail, for yourself, would you? I'd be VERY tempted to create a Significant other that'd be devoted to me, who's loyal, Good Looking with Features, a Physique/Body, Height/Weight to my Specifications, Hair/Eye Color I find Appealing, as well as, Traits & Qualities I value or feel every person should be Born with, yet my Creation is capable of having his own Thoughts, making his own Choices, developing his Own Likes/Dislikes/Hobbies, etc, etc, etc... & unlike a Robot, not only looks Real, but feels Real & has the capabilities of making a Child with you, if you so choose in the Future. You'd lying if you say, you wouldn't be interested. This is how this Book is, What Pheobe did, not to mention, the Cyborgs are created out of Love & a Bond.
I'm beyond excited to read the 2nd Book, since I read this Book in less than 3hrs, to see what more might happen between Pheobe & Shade, but more so, what's going to happen between Celeste & Wind... I'll be honest, that I was a little disappointed to find out that Pheobe's Best Friend, Faye, wasn't the Main Character of the 2nd Book, but I'm hoping she will be in the 3rd, to find out if Silver eventually Tracks her down. Haha!
I can only hope that in the Future, Nellie Lind, might create a 2nd Cyborg Series that gives Men a chance to create Cyborg GF/Significant Others. I think it'd be nice to see Men interested in finding Eternal Love, willing to go the extra Mile to get it... & maybe the 1st Book could be about a Man, who's Wife, who's Dying from a Terminal Illness, sets up an Initial Appt with MedAct for him, introducing him to the concept of a Cyborg Companion, or something like, to help ease the Pain after she's gone, but so that he doesn't become a shell of a Man after she's gone.
If you're looking for a Great Book, this is it! I mean, c'mon, who doesn't Love a Romance Novel, complete with a Happy Ending, but with some Excitement sprinkled throughout? I know I do! So Read this Book!
Anyhow, I've never read a Cyborg Book before & I'm so glad I chose "Her Cyborg" to be my 1st. I truly loved it from beginning to end. Thanks Nellie Lind for introducing me to a Literary World I didn't know existed! Yay! Happy New Year! 😆
Some time in the future? If you don’t or want find your perfect man, you can make him. To your own personal specification, he will come with a ready programmed bond... a bond that makes him love you, want you and ultimately die without you.
Phoebe is making her own cyborg... After a disastrous abusive relationship... she has spent nearly a year being tested to be approved. Another 3 months and her perfect man, Shade is baked to perfection.... if somewhat surly in nature. Following a month of securing the bond ( CODE: Boinkfest ) they are allowed to go.
However a chance meeting with an unbonded fighter leave shade and phoebe in a vulnerable position and exposed to the leader of the unbonded fighters...Nightmare.
I was estatic when I considered the blurb for this book.... it seemed so original....but found myself thinking that I was somehow re reading parts...when it was just charachters repeating the same information to other characters. I have to admit, I was disappointed. The science and the story was there.... ( all be it missing some bits...like why no female cyborgs?? ) ... but the characters... they just weren’t likeable or showed much personilty other than frustration ( with other characters )...I think the only one that came across as a nice guy was wind... who gets his story in the next book
So, I wasn't sure how I would feel about this when I started it. The concept was interesting with the cyborgs and such. The one thing that there me off was how long it took to get things going.
There is a lot of talk about the bond between the human females and the cyborgs. I thought it was weird there were no female cyborgs and while this is mentioned, it is never given an explanation. Kind of curious why that is.
Shade is our cyborg and he is bonded to Phoebe. The first half of the book is Shade's awakening and him adapting to the world. It was different than most stories with cybernetic or Android creations which wake up fully working, so that was cool. After a while though, it started to slow down the story a bit.
When we get to the 2nd half of the book we get introduced to the Fighters, a group of cyborgs that have lost their bound ones. Normally this would lead to death, but these cyborgs survived and are considered dangerous and unstable. They believe that cyborgs can live without the bond, although the whole story states that they cannot without going crazy or dying.
This is where the story got interesting for me. It went super fast, but there was cool info being thrown at me and made me wonder which side was right. I enjoyed it.
This is book 1 in a series and I may pick up the next book in the future.
Not trying to be mean but this is one of the worst books ever written in history
Reviewing it makes me cringe and I'm so sorry for whoever has to read this book. 1- The so- called plot It's made for toddlers but with adult contents. So predictable, urealistic- yes even for fiction, no substance whatsoever. Some of us think about romance with robots sometimes. And in the future, there might be robots for companionship- who knows? It's a beeautiful concept and authors can exploit it and create a great story. However, get ready to be heavily disappointed as this author put that idea to shame. 2- Characters Very childish, 1 dimensional indiduals with awkward conversations. 3- Writing style Omg, so many mistakes! It's like the author edited the entire book by herself- drunk. Horrible grammar, vocabulary, and spelling... A lot of telling and not showing. It was very hard to get through this wihtout breaking my phone. Do yourself a favor, do not read this book. And if you do, make sure you dont break your device and good luck.
I first have to say that I was not expecting anything when coming into this story and I was very surprised. Two reasons I will not give it a five star. First I kept running into grammar errors and it messed with the flow of reading. Example a sentence would say “They’d fun had always” I would be like what?! And reread the sentence. Secondly and this might be a spoiler so stop reading this if do not want to know any spoilers but I didn’t like how it seemed to revolve around sex. If you took out the porn the entire series could be one book. I loved the story very much it was new and exciting. I loved the characters and I could relate to them in different ways. My favorite couple was Faye and Silver and Phoebe and Shade. It was written well and loved the reality it seemed I could meet a cyborg today. Just felt the “sex” was a bit much. It seems the Author is a bit horny haha but that is a personal opinion. I usually do not finish books with so much explicit sex but as I said I love the characters and storyline and look forward to read the next book!
though writing a book is an impressive feat, simply putting words together doesn't cut it. the bond, apart over mentioned, is under criticised and sorry-not-sorry, im siding with the villain. The book is trying to make me believe that androids (all male btw) , which apparently are similar to humans, should be, essentially, forced to "love" one female (and only female apparently) and we are all OK with them going crazy or worse when their human dies. nobody addresses that this so-called love is lust, and our main couple proves that. phoeve has the personality of an oatmeal, and Shade is a walking erection. I dont know anything about those characters, and I could not care less about them. and none of them learn anything about themselves by the end. A book also needs to show and not tell. But tell is all it does. I've skimmed most of this book because I was so bored but hoped that it would lead to something better. Hope the author practices her writing a bit more and takes some writing classes because this book wasn't good at all.

It is an interesting premise. Sadly like many 'romance' books, it's all about how much sex they can cram in and still have a storyline. This one the 'bonding' process is only completed with sex. Lots of it. Though the 'bond' is based on 'love'. There didn't seem to be a clear line between lust and love. . The storyline was interesting. Cyborgs living with humans and how they interact within society. There wasn't much on that after the first couple weeks of 'being born'. The author could have spent more time on that than the 'days of sex'. I'm just disappointed the author fell back on the sex crutch, instead exploring the potential of the idea more. This is only the first in the series, so maybe the next one will go more into the societal interactions and 'cultural' differences. It was touched on with the friends and with the Fighters. If I say any more I will reveal too much. See for yourself the world of cyborgs and humans. It is engrossing.
Ok I am regretting that title now that I think about it. Most of this book is about physical passion & obsessive infatuation, and the heroine is too sweet and understanding about her overly-possessive manufactured lover's behavior. Having said all that because it is true, it is also true that i enjoyed it, and not entirely because i am a sick puppy. The premise was interesting; the reactions and motivations of the people with brains and the ones with various prejudices were believable; the sex scenes, while pervasive, were not so detailed as to approach being gory, nor did they stoop to repetitive metaphors to describe orgasm (if i read the word "shatter" one more time....) The writer could do better, & I hope she did and does, because even with its faults this was still an enjoyable couple of hours' fluffy reading.
I read the first book. I expected an intelligent, elegant, refined, sarcastic AI, and I found a boring alpha-like minded hunk of a guy instead. Besides, the heroine in the first book was mostly useless ; the kind of very kind, yes, but also extremely passive little girls who need strong imposing men to make up for the personality they lack. Well, that's a way to depict women that I can't stand.
I gave it two stars, because there was obvious effort in the writing; Plus, the author writes something she likes, and it shows; there is a sense of wonder in her descriptions, in the timing of the actions. A kind of tension that is very steady, very compelling. I can respect that.
Now I know it's my own subjective opinion. Because, all the women who are attracted by possessive, jealous, tall, broad, strong and single-minded men aren't because of an ancestral faint masochist streak. No. Of course not. Who would think that?
—Shally, in 'How to get yourself tons of female friends online'. *poofs away courageously*
I enjoyed this book although there could be more development between the created cyborg and his human bound mate. he gets created and when he opens his eyes he bonds with the one who created them they have lots of sex and that cements the bond. then he is a bit like her love slave with a personality she had created for him. I would like to see a bit more of their own free will and personality come out in the story and a little less love slave. otherwise good story line with interesting side development of cyborgs who have lost their bond mates and think they have free will and are rogues. that side of the story could be played up a bit more as well. overall i liked reading it and want to read number 2 to see how the series goes.
I came for the relationship between a woman and a cyborg and all I got was being told they had a lot of sex in the beginning and then it became about rogue cyborgs wanting to get rid of the bond and specifically needing Shade to do it. It just wasn't what I was looking for.
Also this book is extremely heteronormative. Apparently only women are allowed to get a cyborg and the cyborgs can only be men. It's briefly mentioned near the end of the book that it's strange that there aren't any cyborg women but it's dropped just as quickly.
Phoebe wants a cyborg. Someone to love and love her back. After so many failed relationships with humans. It is quite a process to have one and she is to get one. Shade, as she named him, is devoted solely to her. He has to assimilate to his new life. There are those out there, the Fighters, who are cyborgs that lost their bond mates and they either die or go crazy. Shade is taken by them and they try to break that bond. Read to find out what becomes of their bond.
I’m not really into cyborg books but trying to find love for them 🤣 so I found this book, it’s currently free to buy.. which is the main reason I went for it. The description hooked me more so I thought I’d give it a real try. DAMN. I was not expecting that..I really enjoyed this book and I’m happy to have found a new author. I’ve downloaded book 2 onto KU and will be reading it soon ! (And book 3 to follow quickly because I need to know what happens there). 5 stars. Would recommend this book.
