Ichihi Michi's writing is always good or even great, and there was a lot to like about this one, but for the life of me I didn't get why these two were in love with each other. Apart from the sex, the story might have worked just as well if they had been nothing but "just cousins". I just didn't feel the attraction, it didn't feel organic at all. (The way their relationship works after they're together was great, but I couldn't get into it.) I have a feeling I'm going to like the spin off though.
