3.5 stars Always great when the first lines are just right...
It started really endearing and horny at the same time, Noah just out of the shower is 'sweet talking to his own dick' preparing himself for a hot night with Ethan.
Playful and naughty Noah burning from desire...for Ethan....and vice versa
It's Halloween and Noah is waiting for Ethan, who is stuck in traffic, to come home.... and waiting and waiting, meanwhile looking outside his window and see someone is watching him....
Pure out boredom and hornyness he begins an act.
Finally there is Ethan at the door...

Oke 168 times the word 'fuck' / 'fucking' is a lot to digest in a short read....
Noah and Ethan both viral with a big dirty mouth....they fuck each other their brains out.

For the record...it was one big porn show....until it wasn't anymore....and now I have to buy #2 because.....damn....nothing is what it looks...

The way of writing was good, fast pace, in a captivating way...hope part two will be more developed

I wanted to love this, Really I did. I mean come on, you've read the blurb, right?

Perhaps my standards are just too high from the past M/M books that I have read and loved, but sadly from the get go this one was a flop for me and I gave up after 45%.

I am almost sure that English is not the author's first language, either that or this book just skipped a lot of editing, but so much of what I read just didn't make sense or was just improper use of English. The story was confusing as hell and I found myself re-reading parts just to make sure I was understanding it, and most the time, I wasn't.

There was far too much of Noah talking to his self and his cock as if he was talking to another person, seriously had me double checking to be sure he was still alone, not to mention 90% of what he said came across as a whiny, bratty teenage girl, instead of the grown man he is meant to be.

The exchange between Noah and Ethan is incredibly hard to follow and very immature, I was left doubling back to see who was actually saying what, which took all the enjoyment out of the story.

I know this is Pierce's debut book, and he has an amazing storyline that had so much potential, I am sure that through editing and experience he will only get better.

This begins with Noah talking to his dick, yes his dick, I didn't know how to take it was strange the long convo he was having. He's waiting on his BF to come home and take care of it. They try phone sex but to me it was just weird. Finally he's home and

they go on and on with foreplay and I was wondering when they were actually going to get to the fucking.

The sexy banter was cringe worthy to read and their juvenile behaviour was unappealing, it bordered on ridiculous towards the end.

This was my first M/M book, so I was a little nervous as to whether this would be my sort of book.

I needed not worry. This book was hot, sexy and delicious.

Noah was annoyed Ethan was stuck in traffic and Noah was home waiting for a hot and steamy night.
When a masked Ethan turns up and the passion heats up, all of a sudden someone is knocking at the door.
Noah gets up to answer the door and is surprised that Ethan is waiting, in exactly the same clothes as Ethan upstairs.

Although confused they carry on the fun and suddenly the "other Ethan" is there.

You have to read to find out what happens next.

An amazing debut M/M. This book has it all and more.

Can't wait for book 2.

Enrapture is the perfect title for this book. This author had me enraptured from the get go. First, you meet Noah, who’s waiting for his lover to come home and spend a sexy Halloween with. Ethan, his hot lover, is running late and is stuck in traffic. You wonder how this can be hot and sexy. Well, these two lovers have a way with words on the phone.

Noah is in their window watching a stranger watch him, and Ethan has a hot driver next to him in traffic. The things these two do while on the phone with each other is so hot, you feel the sexiness rip through you. These characters are so believable with their need for each other and the longer they are apart, the hotter it gets. It made me want to have some really hot phone sex, and I’m a bit old for that. LOL

The author made me want to be the stranger watching Noah in the window. I wanted to be the one touching myself while I watched this intriguing man pleasure himself. As this stranger keeps moving around the store, Noah keeps finding him watching. Ethan is hearing all the details and learns that the driver next to him, is also touching himself.

Now, this seems all innocent and fun but remember, it is Halloween. When Noah gets the knock at the door, he excitedly answers the door to his lover. What proceeds is extremely hot, and you should have water next to you for your dry mouth. The author gives great detail of the hotness and connection between these two lovers. Then, there comes a knock on the door.

This is a sexy and hot read. So, if you like voyeurism, phone sex and touching yourself, then I highly recommend this book.

I really don't know what to say about this story! I was confused as to what was going on-of course the book blurb pretty much sets the scene for the idea,which would entice the reader to find out,however, for me,there were a few issues that I struggled with and it did make me question whether I would continue reading-the story itself didn't seem to flow as well as some other's that I have read,the lack of format(i.e no defining chapter's) makes me wonder if there was an editor involved the process? While I have enjoyed reading many in the M/M genre,I feel that this tale-yes is an erotic vision...extremely for the most part-lacks in substance (but perhaps that is my own preference due to previous books that I have read.)

That being said,I did persevere with it till the 'cliffhanger' ending,and in all honesty I will interested to see where the story goes from that!

Enrapture is the first part of a short extremely erotic m/m romance which is set on the one night of the year where darkness is celebrated and magic and mystery are embraced. There is no build up to the story, it simply starts in the middle of a scene and it is up to the reader to determine what is actually going on and whether this is a paranormal romance or not remains to be seen. There is more I would like to say on this but I don't want to give too much away.

The story itself is rather confusing. A deliberate attempt by the Author to mislead the reader?? Well this remains to be seen. For instance, for the most part we are unsure whether or not Noah is talking to himself or communicating with a voice inside his head and although I enjoyed the initial concept of the story I found myself rereading parts to figure out what exactly was going on. I think this is due to the limited proof reading and level of editing involved and unfortunately it does encroach on the enjoyment of the story as I was unable to work past some of the misleading sentence structure.

I am aware this is the Author's first published work, however and that English is possibly not his first language and I applause him for delving straight into the thick of it. It was a bold move which I hope pays off for him in the future as he gains more experience in the world of self-publishing.

Again, like Vicki said, it will be interesting to see what happens in Part Two of the Enrapture Series and find out where Pierce plans to take the story.

I loved Enrapture. Enrapture was a great read. I loved the storyline and the characters. Noah did get on my nerves somewhat with all of the yelling and screaming he did while on the phone with Ethan. He was just a little over the top for my liking. I did like how he teased the guy in the shop and all of his naughtiness. I also liked the car sex scene. Noah seems like the perfect high maintenance boyfriend. Full of Drama and all about me, me, me. I loved when Ethan finally showed up or so Noah thought. They start going at it, hot and hard but there are a couple of things that keep throwing red flags for Noah, like when Ethan’s eyes turn red and how his ass is virgin tight again. Noah ignores these changes, and they continue to pleasure each other. That is until there is a persistent knocking at the door that just won’t go away. When Noah finally gets Ethan to let him go so that he can answer the door, he is surprised to see Ethan on the other side. Noah starts to freak out. This Ethan is wearing the exact same suit and with the same cuffs and mask that the other Ethan was wearing. When they get to the bedroom, the weirdness continues as the bed doesn’t look like it has been used and the room doesn’t smell like sex at all. Noah just assumes that he imagined the hours of sex he had had with the other Ethan. He starts making out with the new Ethan, and then they both hear a moan from the corner of the room, and they both see a shadow version of Ethan. The shadow Ethan is fixated on Noah, and then he disappears leaving behind his mask. When Noah picks it up, he hears the shadow Ethan whisper that Noah is his, and he will be back. I loved Enraptured and can’t wait to read the next book in the series. I received this free book in exchange for an honest review.

From the blurb, this sounds like a slightly kinky, sexy, but possibly spooky, Halloween story. That seems to be the basic gist of it, and you get the idea from the blurb. However, this starts with Noah home alone, but talking to himself, his reflection, his dick, etc. to the point that I had to frequently check back to see that he was still, indeed, alone. Noah is then watching a man across the street and proceeds to include him in his conversations, going so far as to give the man a show. In the middle of all of this, Ethan calls during his drive home and the sexy talk ensues, still somewhat including the mystery man across the street.

It is understandable to be confused by a story until things play out and details are revealed. Unfortunately, for me, that never really happened and, in fact, only worsened as the story went. I have a feeling this was done with a bit of a purpose, perhaps to keep the reader on his or her toes, but there were too many things that didn’t add up, but then seemed to, but then didn’t again, leaving me confused and frustrated.

This was a super fast read that felt like one long porn scene, the kind that have a little story to them. We get snippets of Noah and Ethan’s relationship – it is their one-year anniversary, they love each other, etc. But, most of the story is about the sex. I was turning pages quickly because I really wanted to know what was what, beyond the sex. At the end, I thought I had things figured out again, but then they took a different turn. Is this contemporary, paranormal, or something else? I’m not sure. Maybe the next installment will clear some things up.

It is very possible this style just didn’t click with me. So, if you’re looking for a mysterious, dirty talking afternoon quickie, give this a try, you might just catch on quicker than I. :)

I have to admit that Pierce Smith’s debut novel ENRAPTURED was the first M/M romance book I have ever read by a male author. That being said, it was a much, much different experience. The tone was so much rougher than what I am used to, the actions too. Add to that an ending, which also is completely different, it makes ENRAPTURED stand out from your average M/M erotic novels. Yes, there are two guys f@#°ing each other’s brains out, but those last few pages make you questioning everything, making you go back to check if you really read that right. Call me intrigued! I cannot wait to find out more! 4 solid stars for this one!

Pierce Smith was recommended and he has set about to take us, the readers in the first volume, ENRAPTURE: NOAH’S TRYST, on a rollercoaster ride of Power, Love, Mystery, the Paranormal and a passionate and intense Gay sexual ride of a lifetime! He introduces his main character, Noah, who is a young, handsome and powerful executive in a multi-national conglomerate corporation who has fought his way to the top! To do that, he left discarded bodies behind. His lover/husband Ethan, is an insecure but powerful executive in his own right and is totally devoted to his lustful and moody Noah! The two travel on a trip that will involve infidelity, sometimes with humans and sometimes with ‘ghosts’! Ian, one aspect of the ‘ghost’ is a character that Pierce weaves in and out as tormentor/lover of Noah and their encounters are very dramatic and sexual, or as sexual as a man can be with a ‘spirit’!
Noah is desperately trying to protect his darling Ethan from any of the harm that could come to him or to their relationship from the demons that beset him! Pierce continues the mystery/sexploits for the reader with ENRAPTURE: NOAH’S SERIES, a second volume that continues the tension between Noah and Ethan. Both emotionally and sexually, Noah is continues to be seduced by the sexy and dangerous spirits, manifested as Ian. Ethan is confronted with a husband that is either cheating on him or is completely insane! Noah is frustrated that Ethan is caught in traffic and pouts and sees a stranger outside a sex shot across the street from his living room window! He taunts Ethan on the phone by stripping and giving the mystery man a sexual show. The reader is captivated to see how the stranger standing outside the sex shop, right outside of Noah’s window, is involved in his fragile mental state!
Pierce leaves the reader suspended in mid-mystery and sets the reader up for his subsequent book, NOAH’S FATE! We can only hope to understand what happens to Noah, to Ethan, to Dan (the personal assistant), to Marvel (the soothsayer) and to the spirits that have beset all the characters! And, we also look forward to the dramatic and imaginative sex that Noah and Ethan are more than capable of providing!

This is a debut story by this author. It is a good story line with an amazing twist at the end.
The story takes place on Halloween and we find Noah waiting rather impatiently for his lover Ethan who is stuck in traffic on his way home from work. Noah is really horny and decides to give himself a head start becoming more excited when he realises he is being watched from across the road. Ethan phones from his car and joins in with some hot and steamy phone sex. Eventually Ethan arrives and their evening of fun really takes off. Then the doorbell rings and whoever is there is extremely persistent. Then comes the twist!!

I did enjoy this story. Pierce has a very good flowing writing style however I think the book was made even better with some narrative added during the parts where Noah is deep in conversation with his privates and on the phone to Ethan. (Pierce probably got carried away in the moment previously!) These tracts of speech had made it fairly easy to lose track of who is speaking but the second edition did remedy that.
For a debut story I was impressed. This author shows great promise and it will be interesting to follow his progress as his style develops.

This is my first book to read by Pierce Smith. He has drawn you in stories that make you keep wondering what is around the corner. Noah is waiting for his partner Ethan to get home and not happy about the wait. Why Noah is waiting he just can’t stop himself from causing a little trouble. What happens when the knocking starts that you are seeing double one at your door and one in your room. Who is the surprise guest? This was a great suspense short story and can’t wait to read more from this author and to see what next recommend this book

It's the eve of Halloween and Noah is waiting for his boyfriend, Ethan, to come home. Noah is a very-like whoa- horny guy. Won't lie I think he may be a nymphomaniac. I imagine it's a full time job keeping him sated. When Noah's boredom becomes unbearable he waltzes over to the store across the street and flirts with the guy there. When Ethan arrives, masked, the three begin a sex filled evening.

This is really a fun and sexy story. Depth-wise it's not very. I found the humor laced in with all the sex to be welcomed. I love sex, I love sex in my books but there needs to be more than that to keep me engaged. The humor along with the dialog did that for me.

We don't really get any character background so that was a tad frustrating for me. O thrive on understanding the characters I'm reading. Being it's a novella it's often an issue. I can hope thought with the progression of this series the backgrounds unfold.

This book has a gasp-worthy ending one that actually get a bit of a shock. I really thought that pushed the book that extra distance. All in all this was a really great debut story from this author and I look forward to reading more from them.

This is the first book I have read by Pierce Smith. This book was well written, very erotic, had humor, love, and suspense. This is a must read for anyone looking for a M/M book. I cannot wait to read the next book in the series.

Enrapture is Noah and Ethan’s story. Noah is waiting for Ethan to get home from work and he becomes intrigued by a stranger that he sees across the street in a shop. Then on a phone call—Ethan suggests that Noah flirt with this man. So while Ethan is stuck in traffic, he stays on the phone with Noah whom is getting impatient by the minute. And let me tell you—that was one HOT phone call. I want a phone call like that!!

After it seems like its never gonna happen-- Ethan finally makes it home. And the erotic playtime begins and is as HOT as the phone call. But when someone insistently rings the doorbell over and over and Noah finally answers; he becomes speechless and lethargic when he answers. So is the guy in the mask in the bedroom the real Ethan or the one who is at the door looking Noah in the face?

Outside in the street was a figure of a male - their eyes locked to one another's.......
Ethan arrived wearing a beautiful mask over his eyes and carrying cuffs they grabbed each other and proceeded to have hot sizzling sex with no stopping .
The door bell rang and kept on ringing Noah opened the door - it was Ethan ........!

The Ending will amaze you.
This is a great book, Oh Noah's a bad boy who teases a stranger outside while on the phone talking dirty to his lover. Ethan's on his way to Noah but is running late. When the door bell rings Noah answers to find Ethan at the door wearing a mask.. Noah notices his eyes are strange but thinks nothing of it. Wait till you get to the ending it'll blow you away, I thought I had it figured out but I was wrong. I liked this book and hope'n theres another on the way... contains hot scenes..

Following Noah on Halloween waiting for his lover Ethan to come, so they can have a fun, sexy night pleasuring each other.
It doesn't go as planned and the author keeps you guessing to the end as to who is who!
An exciting read and keeps you wanting more.
