Holly and Brock live out in the country. Tristen moves in across the street, and eventually Holly confesses that she had a date with him many years before that involved some heavy fondling. Brock has a confession to make to Holly as well.

Holly (from whose point of view the story is told) is soon crossing the street on a regular basis, but some miscommunication needs to be worked out before everyone's motives are clear. A sexy time is had by all along the way.

Spoiler: One thing rubbed me the wrong way. The first time Tristen screws Holly, she tells him no, because she's not sure if Brock would approve. Yet he penetrates her anyway. Because the story is told from Holly's point of view, we know that on one level she wanted it, but Tristen had no way of knowing that. All he heard was no. I don't believe in making moral judgments about fictional characters -- the important thing is how well the story is told -- but this scene took some of the erotic element out of it for me.

Another: The story is billed as a "menage," and you'd be justified in assuming it's MMF. It is, but the men are basically straight and go as far as mutual masturbation and fellatio. It's plenty hot, I thought, but if you were expecting man-on-man anal intercourse, you'd be disappointed.
