The author has written a number of books explaining agile project management methods. Many like This one are small volumes not providing any great depth of detail. However that is the purpose of this book. If you want to get a quick, practical, working, overview of the daily scrum method then this book is for you. No padding, straight to the point. If your organisation is implementing scrum, if you are planning to seek jobs in industries whee it is used, then this book will get you up and running quickly.

This is a very good book for understanding the daily scrum. I especially liked the tips offered by the author from his own experience. Anyone having trouble with the daily scrum should read this book and apply the tips.
