In the sequel to Book 2, Alpha Wolf’s Pet, Kept, the trilogy concludes with Alpha Wolf’s Pet, Hunted.
Living with werewolves is a lesson in Mia's fragility, and stretching the limits of their antiquated pack protocol wears on everybody's nerves. Nonetheless, Mia is an official member of their pack, and Dominic's lover. Satisfied with their romantic and sexy exclusive arrangement, Mia is devastated when Chandra, Dominic's fiancée, arrives during his absence.
Dominic is worried. Is his love for Mia really his addiction to her blood? Will she eventually become his blood mistress and belong to her, commanding his body and soul? Before he can resolve the issue, the Russian Chess Piece mob strikes his territory. Faced with the king's command to mate his werewolf fiancée, and the mob, he has no time to explain before Mia does what she does best. She runs.
Danger looms for Mia and all werewolf kind as secrets are revealed about the mob pursuing her. But most disturbing of all, is the Lycan Intelligence Agency’s sudden interest in Mia’s DNA. Will new revelations destroy their love and crush their future?
Eva Gordon writes genre bending paranormal/fantasy/steampunk and historical novels with a strong romantic element. Alpha heroes and brilliant feisty heroines. HEA with a kick. She loves to create stories that combine her passion for mythology, steamy romance, and action/suspense. Her imagination takes her from one universe to the next. Thus far, she has several series up as well as single titles waiting in line for production.

Haven’t Mia and Dom been through enough or will the final piece of their story finally break their bond, their love and their trust? The mob is on the hunt, no one around Mia is safe, what now? Will they never have peace? How can two people so in love have so much stacked against them?
Leave it to Eva Gordon to taunt her characters with that gold ring, just out of their reach, just long enough to have her readers completely hooked, once again. Masterfully, she opens her bag of tricks and tosses out a little more conflict, a little more action and a whole lot of lovin’ going on. Talk about animal magnetism and chemistry, which leads us back to Mia’s blood. Every loose end is tied, Every I dotted, every T crossed and Ms. Gordon does it with her usual in-your-face manner, sparing nothing in creating another spicy hot, sweetly romantic and completely mesmerizing read. Be warned, you may need a sweatband as the heat turns up and the wolves display their human perfection. Great reading and a great wrap to Mia and Dom’s tale.

Series: Alpha Wolf's Pet - Book 3 Publication Date: March 5, 2015 Publisher: Eva Gordon Genre: Paranormal Romance Print Length: 194 pages Available from: Amazon | Barnes & Noble Reviewed for: http://tometender.blogspot.com
Dom and Mia have been through so much and it's not over yet. The mob is on Mia's trail and there is so much more to that than meets the eye. While Dom is away trying to get lure them out, Chandra shows up and informs Mia that her and Dom are to be mated. But once again it's not as simple as that. Chandra was a pleasant surprise. But the surprises just keep on coming.
Mia learns something new about her self that is sure to change her and Dom's future. Lost of action and suspense. A hot romance and an ending that was no less than perfect for this dominate wolf and his mate.
The first book started off with an okay beginning but don't let that deter you. The built up was slow but when it started moving the story took off and kept me reading faster to find out where the drama would lead. Fun and demanding characters with a hint of humor and some steamy romance.
After reading all three of the Alpha Wolf's Pet series, there should only have been two books. Though this wasn't a cliffhanger, there were still several unresolved issues. Rather than Dominic and Mia having a HEA, we were given a HFN (happily for now). More characters were introduced with time being spent on them rather than finishing Dominic's and Mia's story.
Some of those posing danger to Mia were eliminated at different times in the book. Some of Mia's actions made you think that she was TSTL - not at all the strong independent woman that you met in book one. Dominic finally acted like an alpha and acknowledged that Mia wasn't just his pet, but possibly his mate. Some of the things that happened to other packs was just unrealistic. Mia wasn't the cause of every bad thing that happened to some pack members Even though she thought she was the cause.
Even though Lev and Cricket were interesting characters, they were not the main characters. Not only was more time given to explaining their backgrounds, we knew that Slade was waiting in the background. These books were not as addicting as Mia's blood was to Dominic, you're left wanting to know what happened with these new characters.
The ending was rushed and supposedly everything was neatly resolved. You know that Dominic and Mia will show up in the new series. I don't regret buying the last two books. They weren't cliffhangers but they surely weren't stand-alone books. Will I read any of the books in the next series? I really don't know.
I love when a series finale wraps up everything in a nice neat bow. Every question that I had was answered and all of Mia's problems were resolved in grand fashion. What a thrilling conclusion! Seriously, what more could I ask for? Alpha Wolf's Pet is a great paranormal romance series and Hunted left me very satisfied. I was not overly fond of the narrator but it was still a very enjoyable listening experience. I would recommend Hunted and the rest of the Alpha Wolf's Pet Series.
I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review. This review is my honest opinion.
Yet another amazing story! Mia and Dominic face other problems than the Chess Piece mafia. There's collusion, conspiracies, deception and plot twists. Eva wove a spider web of interlinking plots that all tie in together which made such a thrilling book to listen to. I particularly enjoyed the were origins, sacred texts, and old laws. The history Eva included throughout the series is fascinating. Tons of action and the story had me on edge wanting to keep listening. No loose ends and great closure for Mia and Dominic.
This book wrapped the series up beautifully. This is a set you must add to your collection. Charm, suspense, action, romance, wit and werewolves...how could you beat that. The series was well written with an excellent plot, and characters you will love. I received a free copy of this audio book for review.
Completely unexpected ....The importance of relationships!!!
The true test of family and friendship is tested in this book. New relationships are formed, tested, and tried. The plot in this book is so unexpected and shocking, you will NOT want to put it down. Also the bad guys are not what you would expect, but will make sense on how and why it has taken so long to catch them.
Just breathe. That's how I felt by the end of this book. The love between Mia and Dom, and the battle between good and evil. I haven't read a book that kept my emotions in an up/down battle in awhile. The new characters introduced adding more fuel to the fire, along with all the suspense, kept me so intrigued in the book that I had to read the whole thing before I could even think about sleep. The whole series right up to the end was very well written and I didn't want it to end.
If you haven't read Book 3, this review contains spoilers.
Dominic struggles with his obsession with Mia and the thoughts of her as his mate. Has he become addicted to her blood or is it something more? With Dominic on the trail of the Chess Piece mob, Mia encounters Dominic's mate, Chandra, when she suddenly arrives in town. King Conall has demanded Chandra and Dominic mate and have a litter of cubs to keep the alpha enforcer blood line going. When the Chess Piece mob find Mia at the same time, Mia runs. Only this time she is saved by the least likely person, or wolf, Chandra. Chandra explains she doesn't want Dominic but pack rules are pack rules and Chandra has a plan to keep King Conall happy as well as Dominic and Mia. When Dominic returns, he and Chandra find a way to bend pack rules, keep everyone's head in tact, and everyone gets what they want. King Conall is furious and alerts the Chess Piece mob to Mia's location. At the same time Lycan Intelligence Director, Rylee, contact Dominic and requests he bring Mia to headquarters for some DNA studies. Once they arrive at LIA, Dominic and Mia's world is turned upside down. They discover who the leader of the Chess Piece mob is, why he wants Mia, betrayal by their king, and what Mia really is. Not only does Mia carry Stallo's blood type but she is a direct descendant of the wizard. In essence, Mia can be a mate to a werewolf and bear hybrid children. Dominic freaks out and refuses to discuss the "abominations." At the King's funeral, Lunara reveals wolf hyrids have been prophesied for hundreds of years. Fewer and fewer werewolf cubs are surviving the change and their kind is becoming extinct. Only the hybrids can save the species. Will Dominic come to terms with the news that Mia is his mate and allow her to bear his children? Can they survive the Chess Piece mob and have their happily ever after?
I loved, loved, loved this book and series. Each time Mia and Dominic are faced with a challenge they find a way to overcome it. The story is filled with twists and turns in every chapter. Even though Chandra only makes a brief appearance in the story, he presence packs a punch. She may a royal pain but she is classy and doesn't want to see Dominic unhappy. If you like shifter/werewolf stories, this is the series to read.
I narrated this wonderful story by Eva Gordon - the 3rd and last book in the Alpha Wolf's Pet series. Loved all the characters! Eva has a profound way of creating characters and not letting them just hang around, musing at all. Her story is non stop action and romance, mixing thriller/spy elements with a supernatural/werewolf shifter component along with hot, steamy romance.
If you enjoy paranormal romance (PNR) stories, you'll love it :-)
*I received this book free from the author in exchange for an honest review*
Never saw that twist coming.
Most things will wrap up between Dominic and Mia. They both want to be together, but he has his worries about becoming addicted to her blood, and she isn’t too pleased about the pet vs. mate status. However, there is much more to Mia than I would have guessed. I knew her blood was special, but it’s the why part that will leave you saying ‘oh wow’. But the best part about Mia is her spunk. She cannot be submissive…it’s just not in her DNA.
“Are you comfortable?”
“Naked and bound in the middle of the forest where vultures can see me? Sure, why not?”
Dominic wants Mia, but he also wants what’s good for his wolves and it doesn’t appear to be the same thing. He’ll have to choose what he believes is right, even if no one is happy with his choice. He’ll be on a rollercoaster ride of emotion as he rushes head first into the surprising ending that’ll give him more than he ever thought possible.
“Use your other senses. What am I doing?”
Mia wanted to say, Torturing me without offering relief to my over th etop horny femaile parts. Instead, she played along with his sensual game. She cocked her head and licked her lips. “Unwinding the rope.”
In Hunted, the final book in the Alpha Wolf’s Pet trilogy, loyalties will be tested, trust will be earned, wars will cross over and blur the lines of right and wrong, and new developments will give hope for the future. It’s a great trilogy and I look forward to the upcoming spinoff series Team Greywolf.
My Favorite Moment: After Chandra saves Mia she calls Dominic and that entire conversation is hilarious. She is just naturally sarcastic.
“Dominic, it’s me. Mia.”
His heart lightened. “Where are you?”
“About an hour from your territory. I just bought a cheap phone to call you while your fiancée feasts on fast food hamburgers.”
Dom and mia are still running from the mob. At the first time mia is saved by the (mate from Dom) they become "bloodbrothers. Then at a funeral mia get abducted and finds out that she is a descendent of werewolves.. When she mate with the got hybrids. A good story ends well. Storytelling is a little bit mechanical shame. But futher tumps up..
This is book 3 and the final in this series and has been a very good read, Eva Gordon did a wonderful job.
Mia has gone through trial and tribulation, but has for some unknown reason always survived, her Big Bad Wolf Dominick always seems to save her even if it's through friends.
Mia finally learns the secret of her blood, now her fear is that Dom will become addicted, no wonder the Russian Mob wants her alive! They have also informed Dom and Mia that they can be mated and even have children. But Dom seems to think they will be abominations and Mia is heartbroken. She never thought of being mated much less have Dom's children, but now that she can he thinks of them as abominations? She has to get away before she dies of hurt.
Dom never in his life thought he would be able to mate Mia and he is overjoyed, but children?? Now he is told that their children will not be abominations, so he has to find Mia and tell her how much he loves her and that he can't wait to have babies running around, Will she believe him, he will make sure she does, by proving to her how much he loves her.
Lots of action and suspense in this last book of the series, you can't miss reading it, you'll love it!
I can't wait to start reading Slade Book 1 in the Team Greywolf Series that continues Slade and Crickets story.
Hunted is the last book in the Alpha Wolf's Pet Trilogy. Mia and Dominic find themselves in more than one sticky situation. Mia learns more about who she is, and her situation seems to be without a happy ending in sight. Tensions mount as Dominic pursues the Russian Mob, while his pack voices their concerns over Dominic's possible addiction to Mia's blood.
I must admit Gordon gave the reader a fast paced read with twists and turns that will have your head spinning. What happens between Dominic and Mia will keep you guessing right up to the end. Oddly though, it wasn't the couple that held my attention. I was really grabbed by the supporting characters! Lev the mutated werewolf was absolutely fascinating. I am hoping that Gordon gives him a future story. In my opinion, Cricket, the omega wolf that became a close friend to Mia totally stole the show! Despite her low rank, she is a strong wolf who has perseverance. I really respected her character. When I found out she would be getting a book of her own I was thrilled, and ready for Gordon to take me on the next journey.

Omg! This 3rd book in the Alpha Wolf's Pet is fantastic, too! ... I am so addicted to this awesome shifter trilogy in my favorite contemporary PNR fiction genre! ... I also devoured this book in record time and now I can't wait to get my hands on the next book :) This story grabbed me from the start & held me captive right through the end, coz I did not want to stop reading! ... "HUNTED" is the final riveting fast-paced story that will keep the reader engaged, but make sure to have a fire extinguisher handy from the smoking hot & sexy scenes ;) This author knows how to provide great attention to detail and suspense with twists & turns that kept me on the edge of my seat & turning pages! ... Well defined characters & witty dialogue made for hours of reading entertainment :) ... I highly recommend this whole trilogy to Adult fans of fiction & really should be read in order :) I can't wait to get my hands on the next set of books, Team Greywolf that are part of a spin-off series :) ... I was thrilled to win an ecopy of this set in a random drawing, but all my opinions expressed here are completely my own with no outside influences.
Please read in order. This is book three. I loved this series. I was given an arc for book 1 and loved it. So I bought book 2 and read it in one day. I could not put it down. So when book 3 came out, I knew it was a 1 click buy for me. The stories are over 120 pages, but feel so much longer. You connect with the characters and the events. The author does a great job and I am looking forward to the next spin off of this series. Can't wait. Overview. Mia has to over come a lot in book 3. The mob is getting close and they find out why they can always track her down. Kia is introduced to Chandra, aka the women Dominic is to make pups with, but again there are a few twists. Kia has to learn to trust Dominic, his wolf's, and a few new wolf (Lev, Cricket, Rylee, Doc, and a few Princes). Dominic puts Mia and Mob in front of a lot of rules, but finds out why later. It's great how it came full circle and fate playing a new role in everyone's lives. Kristy Dean
This is my favorite book out of the three. Of course, I say that about each book I read of Eva's. I hope we hear more about the werewolf Lev. He is one of my favorites. After finding out things about him, I think his story would be so amazing. I would also love to have a book with Cricket's story. Such an amazing character. In this book we learn more about Mia and her blood. Being a lab tech and testing blood all day, this was right up my alley. I just loved the scenes with Dr Becker. I could really tell that the author has lots of knowledge about genetics. That part in college was the hardest for me. I think Eva could teach me a thing or two. She made everything make sense. If you're not into scientific stuff, don't worry, it's not written as to be the main focus of the story. And omg, almost forgot to mention, Lev naked on the snow and ice was something else. I can't say much about that scene or it will spoil the surprise of him. The ending of this book was great. I was so happy to hear how things could play out for Dominic and Mia.
Audio Review "Good story" Would you try another book from Eva Gordon and/or Christine Padovan? yes for Eva Gordan No for Christine Padovan (sorry just do not like how she narrators stories)
Who was your favorite character and why? Mia cause I liked how she grew in the books
Would you be willing to try another one of Christine Padovan’s performances? No I really do not like how she narrators
What would have made this romance irresistible? parts of the story could have been a little smoother but all in all I liked it
Any additional comments? worth a credit for sure as I really was invested in the story after listening to the first two books. I would have like the narrator to be the same for all three books as I really do not like the third narrators voice so it was harder to listen to this one
Mia is still in danger of the Russian Mob. They now know that the leaders of the Mob are werewolves. Mia seems to not be able to escape them. It now seems the mob has different plans for her. Can Dominic keep her safe?
Dominic is being order by King Conall to take Chandra as his mate. The King is not going to allow anymore waiting. I have to say I truly liked Chandra but you will have to see the book to find out why I liked her so much.
Mia and Dominic find out some new that can make or break their relationship. Will they be able to hand what they find out. I have to say that the news will blow you away but you will have to read the book to find out.
Fun series. It seems that each book from this series get's an upgrade. Where the first book was fun, sweet and simple but hot. There are is traveling and twisted complot added in this one.
Don't know what I have to think about the next book that is about Slade. Of course a good choice because everyone will want to read about Lev. And hopefully will stuck to this series to see if Lev will be next.
Sure hope that there will be some about Mia and Dominic because they still are my No.1!
This is a wonderful series. My emotions went from sorrow to hate, from despise to like, from hurt and tears to love, joy and tears. Thanks Eva for the roller coaster ride. I do Highly recommend this all you wolf shifter fans. Dominic and Mia are perfect for each other and I loved going through their rocking relationship with them. Eva Gordon did a wonderful job on this series and look forward to more of her work.
The 3rd book in this series brings in Dominic's arranged mate. What a shocker for Mia! The King wants Dominic to mate. The Russian mob shows up. Mia runs. The action gets hot and heavy in this story and you will be glued to your seat. We get to meet a new Were that can do spectacular things as he helps Dominic get Mia back from the mob. With all the characters in this story, I hope to see more books out in this series.
WOW, we finally get answers to all our questions. What a great ending. I think this one was the best of all the 3 books. This last installment had it all I couldn't put it down until I finished. Pick up the series you will not be sorry.
This was a really good series. Well thought out with no obvious grammatical errors. It was full of love hope and intrigue. I will read more from this author.
