Due to bad diet and gut health I am facing few memory issues not like short-term memory loss but want to remember what I read or learned.

I like his Story Method but other methods are too technical and lots of practice needed to remember numbders and other stuff.

This book contains 10 Chapters:

1- Your Most Valuable Asset
2- The Building Blocks
3- Build Better Business Relationships
4- Impress in The Boardoom
5- Dealing with The Numbers
6- From Boardroom to Classroom
7- Speak Your Client's Language
8- All Work No Play?
9- Final Considerations
10- This is a Test

Here are a few notes I have taken from this book:

1. To date, there is no supercomputer in the world that comes close even a fraction of the processing power of the human brain
2. The better your imagination, the better, your memory
3. One of the most important business skills you can develop is the ability to remember the name of the people you meet
4. Immediately repeat the name and shake the person’s hand
5. Early on in your interaction with a person use their name while asking them any question
6. Connect a person’s name with anything you already knew
7. Say goodbye to the person using their name
8. Exaggerate something unique about the person
9. Try to make a story with the words you want to remember
10. Practice makes perfect

I think apps are a better way to learn memory techniques. Maybe I can find a better book on memory than this.

I like the book's easy to follow structure: technique followed by practical examples, another technique followed by practical examples, etc.. Just about anyone would find this book to be very useful.
