Fantastic intro to new authors
I loved these first instalments, that allowed me an insight into new authors and revisit old favourites.
Tangled Beauty - K.L. Middleton
This will have you rooting for the hairdresser, the lover and the gay brother. She's a hairdresser who attends a family function with her gay friend, so that he doesn't have to 'come out' to his parents.
Enter the very straight and very hot brother. He's panty wetting gorgeous, but someone else has their sights set on Sinclair Jefferies and his intentions are not at all honourable.
I liked it, so I bought the series.
Hunter - C.J. Picard
Hunter Jenkins is a college grad, rich kid.
Reece Morgan is struggling to put herself through nursing school.
He's looking to work for the police department, so when Reece is in danger, Hunter goes all out to protect her.
I bought this series.
The Billionaire's Fake Girlfriend - Sierra Rose
Rebecca is an aspiring actress who attends a party to promote the agency she's working for. A snarky bitch starts picking on her, so she says the party host is her boyfriend. And that's where all the fun begins.
I actually have this series of books and I liked them that much, I've read them twice now.
Boss - Lexy Timms
Jamie Connors is belittled and ridiculed by her sister, Christine, on an almost daily basis. Christine is getting married to Stephen, Jamie's ex boyfriend, who left her because she was getting a little 'thick round the middle'
Alex Reid is looking for a PA, so Stephen puts Jamie's name forward.
Now read on, as Jaimie battles with her family's ability to just be mean and her growing attraction to Alex Reid.
I also have part of this series, Managing The Bosses. 1-3. And I've read it twice. I just love the dynamic between the characters.

Four great stories, four great authors
What a wonderful combination of alpha rich men and strong women who stand up for themselves. Each story gives you a chance at looking how hard it is sometimes to find love.

I was able to read exactly one book from start to finish. And even that one ended up leaving me with my mouth open as it came to an abrupt end. I was actually getting into and then it just ended.

There are 4 short stories in this book, and I only really enjoyed 1 of them. One of them was ok, but ended on a shitty cliff hanger. One I didn't like at all, and one felt like it was written in 5 minutes by a 12 year old.

I enjoyed all the stories in this collection. Each were well written and enjoyed the strong women in the stories. The one I enjoyed the most is the one by Lexi Timms... Alex is so hot that I'd love for him to be my boss
