Loved it

I love a good romance but they get boring. So add suspense and bad guys and the book comes to life.
Cam is a great guy who in the previous book fell in love w a state trooper. She was moving up the ranks and didn't want a relationship to get in her way. She lost her husband years before and was raising her daughter alone. He goals was to provide a good life for her daughter. Being a female in law enforcement is harder then being a male so relationships were out of the question in her book.
Cam was brought in to investigate a missing girl, the police thought the girl ran away because the girl had previously ran, so the law was looking into it but it was a top priority. He also was fostering a child, the mother was arrested on drug charges and cps couldn't find a good foster home. Cam and his family became the child's foster family. Little did thy know that the child was fathered by a crazy violent drug, sex trafficker, who wanted to sell his child.
Cam's sister in law worked for the fbi before marrying into the family and had a run in w this man. He is very dangerous and most people who didn't do what he said died a terrible death!
Most read great book, I have read everything that this author had written and I haven't been disappointed! I don't normally give five stars so... Read and decide for yourself!

PROFILE OF FEAR by Alexa Grace is #4 in the amazing "Profile" series, but can be read as a stand alone. See, "Profile of Evil", "Profile of Terror", and "Profile of Retribution". What an awesome Romantic Suspense/Thriller/Mystery from the talented Alexa Grace.

This is investigators Cameron Chase and Robynn Burton's story of the unspeakable world of human trafficking.

Lots of tension, drama, mystery, suspense and sensual tension makes for an intriguing and fast paced romance. Human trafficking is so deplorable, but Ms. Grace handles it with grace, expertise, and brilliance. Thrown into the world of human trafficking, a kidnapping, and danger, when Cameron learns is foster daughter is targeted for abduction.

A thrill ride of suspense and danger, with Ms. Grace's usual aplomb of romance and sensual tension. A heart-pounding, seat of the edge of your seat action, emotional and compelling. A powerful Romantic Suspense. I would highly recommend "Profile of Fear" to any fans of Romantic Suspense, Thriller, Suspense with some Mystery and the power of love. What a ride! WOW! I have enjoyed each and everyone of the "Profile" series, but I think this one is my absolute favorite. A must read! Pick up your copy of "Profile of Fear", you will not be disappointed. Masterful, powerful, compelling and emotional. Brilliant!

Sergeant Cameron Chase and Robynn Burton finds their paths crossing again when two young women are found with similar wounds and a distinctive mark in each others jurisdiction.
During a meths lab bust Cameron finds himself attached to bruised and beaten two years girl, who he decides to foster. After interviewing the mother he finds out the girl may be wanted by a known Human Trafficker. Cameron vows to protect the girl with every resource at his disposal.
An old adversary is back to haunt more than Carly Stone-Chase's nightmares.

This series, along with the 'deadly' series has definitely grown on me. I love the characters and they work so well together. This story touched on the issues of Human Trafficking but was not as graphic in the descriptions as some books I have read on the subject. It was enough for this series to get the point across.

I don't know if this is the last one of the series but if it is it was rounded off well enough to leave the reader without questions but still open enough that if a fifth book came out it wouldn't be too much.

Maybe well see all the Chase's, Stone's, Brennan's, Hansen's and Brandt's back for a summer/christmas special?

Sgt. Cameron Chase is on a case, which is hard to say the least, it not only deals with human trafficking but the evilness in the world. It also leads him to something that he can make better he hopes.

He comes face to face with Robynn Burton who he has a past with. She has a similar case she's working on. Her supervisor thinks it's connected and she works with Cameron Chase. She's a bit nervous seeing him after all this time. They just need to keep it professional.

Can both there cases be alike? They both go to great lengths to bring the man down.
When a little girl is involved Robynn will do whatever it takes.

When things get heated between them will it go anywhere? Wait and see.

Action like only Alexa Grace brings in this series. In each and ever book. You'll feel it the minute you start it.

Highly Recommend.

I love Alexa Grace's books and this one did not disappoint! I don't write reviews that recap the whole book. This book was so good and tied up some loose ends from the previous Profile books and capped off the love affair between Cam and Robbyn with a mystery thrown into their lives.

Look forward to more from Alexa!

Profile of Fear is #4 in the Profile series. There is a lot of story going on in this book and all the characters you know and love are here! It's amazing how one evil man can have effects on so many. This story is intense and the suspense of what will happen next has you on the edge of your seat and of course, you know Alexa gives us a bit of romance thrown in with the action. <3

Profile of Fear is the 4th book in Alexa Grace's Profile series and I must say that it is more intense and gripping. Focuses less on the romantic aspect and more on the suspense but still a completely satisfying book nonetheless. Another winner by Alexa Grace!
