This was a fast read. I read this book in one day, over two sittings. There were a lot of actionable takeaways, and a lot to ponder both in terms of myself as an individual and for the organization I work in. It drove home for me the importance of the need for individuals to be open to change and to pursue lifelong learning. Whether it’s just learning new software to work more efficiently, becoming okay with allowing others to do their jobs - even at risk of failure, or being open to radical new ways of doing things, being open to change and being willing to adapt as individuals are critical to an organization’s survival in times of stress, threat or crisis.

I don't read a lot of books in the "business/self motivation/self help" category of non-fiction. However, as part of a book club at my place of business, we switch on and off of these type of books. And I have to say, I enjoyed this one!

Great insight in how to keep employees happy, create an environment and culture that translate to your customer base, and how to motivate and be creative.

This is a quick, easy read. Great for CEO's and trainers.
