About the author

Born in Tennessee to a military family, Jack King grew up crisscrossing the USA. He has lived twice on the west and east coasts, and many states in between. Beginning his career in the ad agency business, he then moved into marketing and sales for Fortune 500, mid-sized, and start-up companies before writing his first novel.

He is the author of the popular BLOOD Crime Thriller series, as well as an YA fantasy series and one historical fiction.

A heart-pounding time-travel adventure!

This heart-pounding time-travel adventure takes the reader on a wild ride, culminating in the Battle of New Orleans.

The three characters adapt quickly and easily to their circumstances, which keep up with the pace of the story—in Madison’s White House, Spanish Florida, an attack on a U.S. fort, Jean LaFitte’s pirate crew, and a New Orleans jailhouse.

When the time-adventurers return home, the newest traveler has plenty of time to have her questions about time-travel answered, and to ponder over the unusual experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed the adventures, and seeing history come alive in Jack King’s “Time Rider (Red Attack).” Highest Recommendation.
