Very very basic
When the title says Beginners I believe he means kindergarten age. Alot of this info you can get in your local produce section of any grocery store. I grew up in the country so by age 6 I was taught the basic and this book does say beginners so I gave it a three rating and in today's media you should at least use real photos and not drawings .
