I picked up this book in the at a Health Food store (where are they now?) in the 70s and it aided me in choosing supplements an lead me to volunteer at The Brain Bio Center in Princeton, NJ.

very dense. Read like an old white attending’s monologue on rounds. Most of the info is commonplace in today’s medical education. Meh
