The Riddler has the Flash and the Rogues right where he wants them - and the rest of Central City is blanketed by armed drones! One false move by anyone and hundreds die! But help arrives from an unexpected source, so there might still be some hope to free everyone from the Riddler’s plans!

A fun issue where the Riddler plays a figurative game of chess with the Flash - he may have him in Check, but there are still moves to be made! I haven’t read a good Riddler story in a while, so this one is kind of hitting a good spot for me. It may not be the ultimate Riddler story, but he has a solid plan and he’s got the Flash pushed into a corner. Really wanna see how it works out.

The art takes a step back this issue. It’s kind of sketchy and undefined in places and the characters aren’t drawn as nicely as we’ve become used to in this book with the like of Ivan Reis and Paul Pelletier preceding this issue. We’ve seen this all throughout the end of the New 52, but I still feel it’s a shame to just run off series with second-rate art. Bonus points for a great Variant cover by John Romita, Jr.! Captures the essence of the Flash really well! Definitely one of the best covers he did for this month of DC comics.

Not bad at all, and should provide for a fun wrap-up next issue.

It's interesting to know that the Riddler is trying to take over Central City cause he usually supposed to be in Gotham. It's also sad to see that Flash have to get beaten up by The Riddler just to save the people he love from getting killed.I think it's very evil of the Riddler to use Heat Wave as a boomb to blow up Central City if The Flash doesn't surrender himself, but at the end he did.I really want to see what the Riddler will do.

Was hoping for answers as the Riddler has all of Central City under his will in an effort to have Flash surrender himself. But this issue was a bit drawn out, hopefully in an effort for a better conclusion in the end.
