That's the last thing I want to know about. Out of purely academic interest, however, it would intrigue me to know what sort of guy he would have to be. Quite unlike me, I suppose, because it would be stupid of Tina to contend with a second edition of myself; that wouldn't pay. He would have to look different - possible be younger or older. He would have to laugh differently, too, and talk about different things and kiss differently. But I can't conceive what kind of man he would have to be to appeal to Tina; my powers of imagination mercifully fail me.
Good stories are like good wines; if they're competently treated and stored, advancing maturity will render them ever rounder, more robust and complex, until they eventually pass their zenith, gradually lose flavour, and, ultimately becoming dull and insipid, fall prey to oblivion or go down in history as a faded memory.
