With a monster as a friend, of course trouble can happen. Exactly what Danny finds out when the family heads to the zoo. This is a cute book with great pictures for readers to enjoy. The author does a great job in knowing the type of story that will hold children's interest and take them on a fun journey.

The pictures were cute and the monster was interesting but, he/she didn’t make sense in most of what heshe said and the story was boring.

Fun read!
This book was very entertaining. The illustrations were adorable and the wee monster and his syncing colors to mood was delightful. On a couple of pages, the text was much smaller than on most, but still readable. Kids will love the story, especially the "monster talk."
