From Bestselling Author Serena Grey, a captivating new romance series.

On the night she discovers her ex’s engagement, Rachel meets Landon, the most attractive man she has ever seen, who, for some reason, mistakes her for a hooker. However, he’s so sexy. And it’s just one night… What harm can there be in giving in to the desire to lose herself in his touch? She’s never going to see him again, even though he has given her the most intensely pleasurable night of her life.

Landon prefers his women beautiful and sophisticated, with no desire for commitment, so when his brother ignores his protests and sends him a hooker on his birthday, he’s surprised at how willing he is to continue paying for her services. It should be easy, except she’s no hooker, and she has no intention of letting him into her life.

However, as the billionaire owner of the Swanson Court Hotels, Landon is used to getting what he wants, and Rachel is not going to be an exception.

An painful experience of unrequited love combined with a case of “bad” timing sees our heroine Rachel Forster mistaken for a hooker by our hero, Landon. Maybe it’s her bruised ego or the fact that he’s quite possibly one of the most stunning men she’s ever seen but rather than running for the hills or correcting his mistake Rachel decides to go along it with.

In honesty I was slightly concerned about this part in the plot but if anything it’s a nice segue into the real story. Rachel soon discovers the object of her one night of passion is none other than Billionaire Hotelier, Landon Court and like all good Billionnaires, has the means to track her down and that he does.

 photo EF097D29-4F17-4D26-A1E7-E9079D3D34BC_zpspy1xhxg3.jpg

After some initial resistance form Rachel, they embark on passionate affair that they both agree will have a time limit and wouldn’t develop in anything more beyond the physical. Sounds like you’ve heard it before? I’d have to disagree. Neither Landon or Rachel are typical of characters of their stereotype.

I found it a sensual read with genuine and well formed characters. I love reading anything by Serena Grey, she’s a writer that just works for me. Reading her books are real escapism and a wonderful reading experience getting lost in her characters and their story.

The second book in the series is expected early next year. Although it didn’t end on a major cliffhanger, I really hope that means January 1st!

”He thinks she’s a hooker.

She thinks she’s in love with someone else.”

description

This is my first book by Serena Gray and it had a great start and twist on meeting your millionaire businessman. Sadly, thereafter it was the same old plot that I have read too many times to count and stayed the course for the rest of the book.

Rachel Foster has been holding out hope that Jack will choose her when he's ready to settle down in a relationship. At a party in a hotel she gets her dreams of happily ever after with Jack shot down and finds her elevator stuck at the penthouse. When the doors open and Landon Court assumes she is a hooker his brother sent for his birthday, Rachel doesn’t correct him.

They have a hot and steamy night till Rachel slips out not leaving her phone number. Landon finds out Rachel's identity and asks her to accompany him to San Francisco to write an article about his new hotel. She decides that the week is all she is willing to give.

”I don’t want to be rejected again. I won’t be able to take it.”

”Enjoy it while it lasts, an inner voice warns, it’ll soon be over.”

Some of Landon’s lines just felt unoriginal or standard for this type of story.

”I always get what I want, Rachel.”

"I want you so much, Rachel, and I'm going to make you mine."

However, he was a nice guy who has stronger feelings for Rachel than even she was ready to accept. Their week together ends and what do you guess happens next?

”I want to keep seeing you,” he continues. “I haven’t been able to stop thinking about you.”

description

Landon had some depth and was likable. I have to mention that he suffers nightmares (WOW original) but on an endearing note, he’s a great big brother to Aiden. The story ends on a cliff as Jack is jockeying for forgiveness after things don’t work out so well for him. I must mention that I really liked Rachel’s cousin Laurie and her boyfriend Brett hoping things work out for them. As for going on with this series I’m not quite sure.

Please note that Landon’s pov of meeting Rachel is currently free on Amazon:

I've been a fan of Serena Grey since first reading her, 'A Dangerous Man' series, then was blown away with her follow up book, Undeniable. I love the way she writes, almost atmospheric but subtly so.
Rachel Foster is trying to get over Jack Weyland. She's been in love with him for years. It doesn't help they're friends and work together too. While at a party she gets some devastating news from Jack and flees the scene only to end up at the penthouse apartment of billionaire, Landon Court. He thinks she's a hooker paid in advance for his enjoyment. Rachel thinks he's incredibly sexy and possibly the antidote she needs to get past Jack. A night of passion ignites more then either one ever bargained for, however. Sound unrealistic? I thought so too, but I was pleasantly surprised!

If you're thinking this is another billionaire meets everyday Jane book...you're half right. Only in the sense that Landon is in fact a billionaire but the similarities stopped there for me. Landon is a tortured man with a past that haunts him incessantly. A tragic accident scarred him emotionally so he holds back and keeps his life private. But with Rachel, he finds peace and enjoyment. I really liked Landon, he wasn't over-the-top alpha at all, but a manly man all the same. I felt really bad for him too, because unfortunately him and Rachel kept giving each other mixed messages.

I loved Rachel. She wasn't the typical TSTL type you often see in these books. She was strong and thoughtful, caring and unfortunately, burned from her experiences with Jack. That left her with her guard up and constantly questioning Landon's motives. I became frustrated because both she and Landon were doing the identical thing: holding back because of fear. Each one of them succumbed to their insecurities and delayed something beautiful.

This does end on a cliffhanger, grrrr!!! Which had me desperately wanting the second book, Addicted to You ASAP. I'm so curious how everything will play out, who will relent, who will finally step out of their comfort zone. I'm also very curious about Rachel's friend, Laurie. She has a secondary story line that has me guessing as to what will happen to her and her failing love life. Landon's brother was very lightly introduced here, so it would be interesting to see if anything is planned for him.

Anyways, I really liked this. It was VERY hot, sweet and different from other books in its sub-genre and I'm very excited for book 2!

Title:Drawn to You
Series:Drawn to You #1
Author:Serena Grey
Release date: December 10, 2014
Rating:4.5 stars
Cliffhanger:Yes
HEA:

This book came highly recommended to me, so even though this author is new to me I was optimistic jumping in. What really intrigued me was the whole hooker angle and how it would effect the credibility of the plot. Surprisingly, that aspect made the story even more feasible. It made the rest of the pieces of the plot fit like a puzzle to me. Her reasoning for agreeing to sleep with him, his relentless pursuit after he found out the truth, his alluded desire for more with her once they enter into a physical relationship together all fit together neatly and it made for a totally engrossing read.

Rachel is a heartbroken woman who's suddenly facing the realization that her feelings of love are unrequited. She's at a party in a hotel and flees into the elevator to escape an uncomfortable conversation with the man in question. After unknowingly redirecting herself to the Penthouse and into Hotel mogul Landon's door, the misunderstanding that occurs and the following events that night were truly riveting. Rachel decides to throw caution to the wind and allow herself one night with this man. Landon's eyes are promising untold pleasure and what could an anonymous one-night stand hurt? She'll leave and he'll never be the wiser that she's not the hooker that his brother supposedly sent.

After their scorching hot, lust-filled romp, no one is more shocked than her to discover that Landon has made it his business to find out not only who she is, but where she works. He throws himself in her path until she succumbs to temptation again. I love books where the heroine is relentlessly pursued and seduced and this one was done to perfection. The phrase "thrill of the chase" comes to mind here because I was feeling so overwhelmed by the intensity that flared between this couple. It was non-stop and so, so good.

Rachel tries to keep their relationship strictly physical, she doesn't feel ready to risk anything more after coming off of two wasted years on a man who could never love her. But as time wears on, she wonders how much longer she can force her feelings out of the equation. Because the end of their one week arrangement seems an awful lot like it's going to leave a scar on her despite the walls she put up against him.

I just loved this couple. The heat, and passion, and the potency of their unspoken feelings for each other made for an exciting read. I loved how Landon was so seemingly tormented by her emotional distance from him. It just made me root for them to get it right even more. But this does lead me to my one complaint. I'm not a big fan of non-communication causing conflict and that was unfortunately the case here. There was a whole lot of bottling up their feelings and the result was a rather uncertain future for them in the cliffy ending. Normally I would probably rate a little lower based on this complaint, but I enjoyed the hell out of this one despite that, and I still felt like it was a solid 4.5 star book. I highly recommend it if you're in the mood for a sexy and steamy escapism read.

Rachel Foster is still hung up on her ex-boyfriend, they have remained friends after breaking up and she still holds hope that he might come back to her, even thought he's always parading women in front of her. One night after learning her ex is engaged to be married to another woman, distraught she ends up by mistake on the doorstep of sexy hotelier Landon Court. He thinks Rachel is there to service him with sexual favors on his birthday, and Rachel unable to resist the sexy man, instead of clarifying that she's not a call girl, she decides to follow through with the lie and have a one night stand with the gorgeous guy who can help her forget her sorrows between the sheets; smart girl if you ask me....

Rachel and Landon spend a fiery night together and now he can't get her out of his mind, so he sets on the mission of finding her again. When he does, they strike a deal of spending one week together of only sex and no strings attached but their chemistry will prove to be too strong, so what happens when they want more than what they initially discussed?

I must tell you that the story line in this book might be something familiar that we've all read before; you know, the sexy power-suit man who seduces a girl but sex and secrets become the magnetic force that pulls them together yet threatens to brake them apart, but Serena Gray did a fabulous job at making this story her own and taking something familiar and turning it into a luxurious and provocative story I simply couldn't get enough of. The characters were fascinating and the sensual writing style had them involved in a ardent affair that I promise you, will play with all your senses. Drawn To You ends on a mild cliffhanger because this story is a three part series but no worries because the next book is set out to released in March of next year. I highly recommend this book to all romance lovers who enjoy a thrilling story with a high steam factor and a delicious Alpha Male.

As with all of Serena Grey's books, I am able to be caught up in the story quickly. Such is the case with "Drawn to You". This is a tale of Rachel, a young magazine writer with aspirations for much more meaningful work who meets Landon, gorgeous and rich hotel magnate when she happens into his penthouse while escaping an awkward situation with an unrequited love.

Sparks, no...flames fly immediately between the two which is the beginning (not without a misunderstanding that is resolved fairly timely...not dragged out)of a very erotic "sex" only liasion.

I have read lots of books with the same or similar storyline, but somehow, Serena's story avoids feeling cliche or more of the same. There seems to be a freshness to her stories that I enjoy. Of course it doesn't hurt that Landon is extremely hot, smooth, but not a game player.

I enjoyed reading about the burgeoning relationship between Landon and Rachel...the supporting characters are pretty interesting as well.

This book ends at a point which indicates that there is more to come. I am looking for to the next part. I was definitely drawn to this story and want to see what is next for Landon and Rachel.

I was fortunate enough to be given this as an ARC by the author for an honest review.
Yet again I find myself saying, I'm not writing this just because I got it for free, I absolutely loved this book.

At first when I started, I thought oh no not another fifty shades of grey come Gideon, but no. I found this story humorous and I fell in love with all the characters. Landon is just so hot, the pages are burning!!!!

This is not a love story in the true sense of what we've come to read so far, in other reads. Rachael and Landon are thrown together by a misfortune of circumstances. She is upset after a fall out with an ex..Jack the arse, and she suddenly meets Landon who's expecting a hooker. He states this fact, and she decides to go along with it, as he's attractive and she just fancies a one night stand. She fails to tell him his error and goes on with her life. Needless to say they get back together, but agree to just have a week long relationship based purely on sex( her call, which is unusual)...and oh what sex. This two should sign up for the Olympics ;), but yet for me it wasn't too much. We learn about their families, past relationships and them. ( by the way he's a zillionaire ;), but I didn't feel this played too much part in this book)
I love Rachael's aunt, what a practical lady, down to earth and doesn't pull any punches. There are several characters within the book, that it feel in love with, who were humorous and definitely added to the overall story.

The book is left with a cliff hanger but not the one I was expecting...not the usual fall out.!!! Don't want to spoil too much of this book, needless to say, I thought this was just going to be a repeat of what has gone before. Some is, but for me it has so many unique features to just make this that bit different and great in it's own right...well done to the author. I lost myself in the endless love, and just couldn't put the book down.

When can I have the next?, I just can not wait. Just to warn others that wish to follow me down this lovely rabbit hole. This is the first of a series of three!. For me great and bring it on!!

I loved this book ! I'll easily admit that the plot was not overly original, but I find Serena Grey's writing very engaging and addictive. Not to mention that I totally fell for Landon, the hero of this story.

Heartbroken after learning that her ex is engaged to another, travel writer Rachel Foster ends up by error in hotel magnate Landon Court's penthouse. When she realizes that he mistakes her for a hooker, she just goes for a no string one-night stand.
She is a lucky girl, because Landon is a great character, generous and caring. After their first night, he wants to keep seeing her, knowing full well she is definitely no hooker. So he arranges for opportunities to meet her, under the pretext of articles to write.

Despite his financial and professional status, Landon is vulnerable. Orphaned at a young age, he is still very affected by the loss of his parents. As the story progresses, he is the one who will take the emotional risks to have a relationship with Rachel and go beyond the one week no string sexual arrangement she has agreed to.
They have great physical and emotional chemistry, but she remains very insecure and is confused by the intensity of her feelings. So there is a lot of push and pull from her side, as she is constantly fighting her attraction for him, and searching reasons to distance herself from him.

This book is the first in a trilogy and ends on a cliffhanger. I enjoyed this sexy story and will happily read the next books in the series !

Drawn to You, book one in the series, has an interesting introduction to the heroine and hero. Rachel Foster is attending a party when her ex, Jack a man she still loves, walks in with his new girlfriend. The kicker--Jack is engaged. Everyone knows this little tidbit except Rachel. Engaged! Just imagine how Rachel feels because Jack always told her he would never go down that path. To get away from him and the embarrassment she runs out of the party and ends up in the elevator on the penthouse floor.

Landon Court, the hot, sexy millionaire unlocks the elevator. He thinks Rachel is the hooker birthday gift from his brother and invites Rachel in. What the heck! The man before Rachel is hot, sexy, and presents the promise of a one-night stand. Rachel decides to play the part for one night in an attempt to get Jack off her mind for a few hours besides this is a gorgeous hunk standing in front of her.

There is a lot of push and pull among the key players throughout the book between the hero and heroine. They both felt a connection but Rachel is in the “I will never get involved again” camp and doesn’t want to get involved.

I really like the characters.

• Landon Court is one of those wealthy men with a lot of business acumen, a sad childhood, an excellent brother and protector but he’s not too great in the relationship area.
• Rachel Foster also has relationship issues. She makes bad choices and one of the worst is Jack Weyland. No matter how much he pushes her away she can’t let go.
• Jack is a successful writer who works for the same magazine as Rachel. He doesn’t want Rachel in a relationship but he wants to hold onto her as “a friend” to keep her on the back burner just in case he doesn’t have anyone else. He is a jerk in my opinion.
• Laurie is Rachel cousin and closest friend, confidant, and supporter and, sometimes her conscience.
• Aiden, Landon’s brother is successful, funny and charming.
• Brett is Laurie’s long term boyfriend.
• Evans Sinclair is the “bad” guy so to speak. I’m looking forward to seeing how he plays out in the next books.

Ms. Grey does a good job of weaving a blossoming love story using these characters’ strengths and weaknesses to illustrate the hurdles they must overcome to have a future and a happily ever after. The sex scenes are hot and satisfying not only or the characters but the reader too.

A misunderstanding was all it took for Landon Court and Rachel Foster to ignite a steamy romantic fling. He thought she was a hooker and being in an emotional and vulnerable state, Rachel just said why the hell not since the enigmatic man standing in front of her was gorgeous. After learning that her ex-boyfriend who doesn't do commitments is engaged, Rachel finally let her guard down and just wanted a one night stand even though this Landon assumed she was a hooker. That one night of raw unadulterated passion was all it took for a whirlwind affair to begin. Both Landon and Rachel are mutually attracted with each other and so they agreed that for one week they will continue this agreement of just casual sex. Is anything casual once the lines of feelings begins to get blurred?

Drawn to You by Serena Grey was the first book that I have read from this author. I surprisingly enjoyed this book. It was hot, steamy, sexy, full of angst, and had a story line that kept me entertained. Though this book ends with a cliffhanger, I didn't mind the cliffy at all. I look forward to reading what's next in store for Landon and Rachel.

This story was amazing! I feel like Serena picked me up at the beginning of the book dropping me right in the arms of Landon and he didn't let go until the end of the story. This is a series so it does leave off in a way that leaves you craving more from this masterful author. Serena created characters that made you want to know them or that you could easily picture yourself part of their life.

Rachel is a successful writer for a local magazine. Landon is a very sexy, wealthy hotelier. Their chemistry is sizzling! I love how Rachel is a strong, successful female heroine in this story. I was glued to this story from the very beginning and couldn't put it down until it finished. I am so excited to see where this story is going. Serena is one of those authors that you should watch in the future because she is going places. If you love a sexy, alpha male with hot scenes throughout, then this story is definitely for you! Hurry Serena! Don't make us wait too long for book 2!

Rachel Forster, is heart broken, the man she has been holding out hope for , just became engaged and running from her feelings and him is about all she can do, but simply pressing the up button in the elevator she tries to make her escape in is about to change her life.
Trying regain her composure in the elevator it suddenly comes to a stop, but pressing the down button gets her no were, well not exactly, when the doors do open on this penthouse floor the vision standing in front of her has her enthralled, he is simply a Greek God, embarrassed and looking to leave , the vision then speaks to her though she is not too sure what he just said having been totally stunned by his looks, next he is inviting her in to his apartment.“Well,” he says finally, in a voice that’s almost whispery soft, yet deep, raspy, and so incredibly sensual, it sends shivers down my spine. “You’re not what I’d have chosen, but you’ll do.”

What the hell she needs something to take her mind off of Jack and his Fiancé, pretending for a few minutes to be whoever Landon was waiting for will not hurt. Well maybe since she discovers he thinks she is a hooker ! What to do, come clean and admit your not a hooker, or have a wonderful night with the Landon, and have a better memory of tonight tomorrow ! Throwing caution to the wind a one night stand it is! What follows is two souls connecting in a very erotic way, he wants her to leave her number in the end, but Rachel is not looking to get involved she is still recovering from Jack.
Rachel can not seem to forget Landon and what they shared, almost sorry she did not leave her number; but would he really have called. She soon finds out when she is called to her bosses office. And the very person she was day dreaming about is sitting there pretending to just have met her.
Turns out though thanks to him she just got her first feature article for Gilt Travler, the opening of his new hotel in San Francisco , Gold West.
Rachel knows getting involved with this billionaire playboy will just mean more heartache in the end but his persuasion and her body do not seem to care, so in for a penny in for a pound. Rachel decides she will spend the week with him, write the article , enjoy their time together but set boundaries. One week and it is only sex.
A glorious sexy week with Landon and she knows she is in love, she can not tell him,he does not commit, he told her so when they agreed to the one week only. She has to stay strong and walk away.
Rachel does walk away, not that she is any happier, ok she is miserable.
Will Landon come for her this time ? Does he want more too? Is he thinking of her now also?
You will have to read to find out, be prepared for a little bit of a cliffy,
I really liked Landon, and I do find myself getting frustrated with Rachel being so determined to walk away without truly letting him in and let him know her feelings. Overall the characters and secondary characters keep you totally engrossed in the story you will want to read "Addicted to You" right away!

I was given an ARC for a fair and honest review.... I had truly started with high hope for this book. At first blush, the main character appears to be strong, smart and knows her own mind. She goes from No, I am not going to sleep with the Chadwick, a friend whose birthday party she is attending. No, I am not going to sulk and think about Jack. I'm going to enjoy myself at this party. To running out of the party because all of to she sees Jack ( her former lover) walk into the party with a beautiful woman on his arm. Then to realize she, not some random woman, she is a model and his fiancee. She proceeds to do what any self-respecting woman would do. She proceeds to run away.

She goes to the elevator to leave unfortunately, the elevator takes her upstairs to the penthouse apartment in the hotel. Where she comes face to face with a Greek God. She is rendered mute when she sees him and can't form an articulate sentence to say to him. He (Landon) then says to her " You're not what I'd have chosen but you'll do."

With that being said he invites her into the apartment and informed her that today was his birthday and she is his birthday present. You see his brother told him that he was giving him a hooker for his birthday. Nothing says love like paid sex. Anyway, she is the hooker he was expecting. Now, instead of telling him the truth she goes along with the lie. Justifying her actions with a one night stand to get over Jack.
They do the normal "JOHN" Hooker conversation. Like do you want something to drink? What are your rates? And during their discussion she stumbles upon an obscure piece of poetry. She quotes it verbatim and he replies. Implying that she is not as innocent as she portrays since she is a whore. I know the beginning of a beautiful romance. They finally decide to do what she is there to do. And may I say it driest most boring intimate sex scene I have ever had to endure. I almost stopped there, but I championed on. And to my surprise, it actually got better.

As the story progressed I found myself liking Landon. He is not dominant or difficult. He is tender loving and kind. He is emotionally stunted because of the great tragedy that makes him emotionally unavailable. I didn't like Rachel, was wishy-washy and totally unclear as to what she really wants. She is so clouded by her previous "relationship" she cannot see that the man she wants doesn't want her; while is pushing away the man that truly wants her.

The second half of the book is better than the first. I was rooting for Rachel to get her head out of the clouds and live a little. And she does a little. Then the silly girl she is ruining a pretty good budding relationship. I am hoping book two offers more than Drawn to You.

4.0. – 4.5. Stars

I adore this book. The story is told from Rachel’s POV and I liked all the characters from the beginning. We get to know a little bit of every character but the adventure of Rachel and Landon takes in all of the pages because they are constantly hot for each other. A lot of sex scenes are included. The story lets you yearn for more. It’s an enjoyable read and I am eager to jump right into the next book.

The Story:
Finding herself accidentally in sexy hotelier Landon Court's suite, Rachel gets mistaken as a hooker, presumably booked for his birthday from Landon’s younger brother Aidan.
Both seem unable to forget this night and Rachel is sure she won’t see him again until she gets assigned to write an article for a new Lounge, where she will find herself drowning in those beautiful eyes of Landon Court.
Rachel can’t ignore the strong attraction she feels towards Landon and it seems as if he can feel it too.
Agreeing to spend a week in San Francisco with him, without any long term relation and without emotions, Rachel will soon find herself in an emotional turmoil.
Landon doesn't seem to be a guy that does love and Rachel has to prepare herself for never going to see him again. But how will she manage this? Her feelings for her ex-boyfriend Jake were nothing in comparison to her feelings for Landon.

Conclusion:
What a great story. I enjoyed every bit of it even though I doubt that any woman would agree to do anything a stranger wants in bed without further explanation. It doesn't matter how hot this guy is, you don't know him. He could be a perverse for all she knows.

Love has a way of escaping Rachel Foster. Spending years pinning for Jack Weyland has rewarded her with nothing except a broken heart. During a party Rachel was attending, she receives some devastating news where Jack is concerned. As she flees the event, Rachel finds the elevator in the hotel traveling straight to the Penthouse. When those elevator door open, Rachel’s life changed dramatically.

As the elevator reaches his penthouse, Landon Court finds a beautiful woman waiting in the wings. Assuming she is a hooker that his brother has hired, Landon proceeds to enjoy his ‘gift’. The two share a night of passion that leaves each of them rattled. Not wanting to reveal her real identity, Rachel slips out during the night so she will not have to face Landon.

When Landon discovers that Rachel isn’t who he thought she was, he is determined to find her again. With a little digging, Landon presents himself into Rachel’s professional world. After all, he is determined to have the beauty in his life again. Rachel fights the feelings she has for Landon….not wanting to end up hurt by a man again. Neither can ignore the attraction that is fueling their passion.

Uggghhh!! Right as I get obsessed with reading more, the book ends in a cliffhanger. Alright Serena - when am I getting the next installment??!! Yes - I am impatient. I want to know what is in store for Rachel and Landon!!

After one memorable night, Rachel Foster cannot stop thinking about sexy billionaire hotelier Landon Court, (who thought she was a hooker) and the way his touch set her body on fire. But as far as she knows, she's never going to see him again, and that's okay, because she'd rather not risk falling for him anyway. At times Rachel was very frustrating for me she was too afraid to let herself fall or tell Landon what she wanted from him, because of her ex Jack who when she told him how she felt he rejected her, but they stayed friends, because she thought that he may see how great she is and fall for her so she let him string her along she didn't date or see anyone else and at a party he turns up with a fiancé. I liked Landon from the start I mean what's not to like a sexy billionaire with a tortured past. Thing about this couple is that they hot sex I mean hot and often. This was a very well written book and this was my first time reading this author I have a few of her other books and I will definitely be reading them soon. Overall this was a good book and I am looking forward to reading the rest of this series. If you like reading about hot alpha males and hot sex I recommend that you read this book.

He thinks she’s a hooker.

She thinks she’s in love with someone else.

After one accidental memorable night, Rachel Foster cannot stop thinking about the sexy hotelier Landon Court, and the way his touch set her body on fire. But as far as she knows, she’s never going to see him again, and that’s okay, because she’d rather not risk falling for him anyway. Because she thinks she loves someone else.

For Landon, he had no idea what those hotel elevator doors just opened him up to. And one night is not enough for him. He wants Rachel, and he’s not prepared to back down. Because he always gets what he wants and she will not be an exception.

And as the plot thickens neither one of them can stay away so it's one week just sex and no commitment or so they though.

Once again Ms. Grey has completely captivated me with her writing I read her first series she wrote and I absolutely loved it if this first one to the series is any indication what this one is going to be about I just know I'm going to love it to... If you have not yet read any books by this author I would highly recommend her, she is a wonderful up-and-coming author!!!

Rachel a sweet homey girl. Has spent 2 yrs pining for a Jack Weyland. He pulls at her heart but never want to settle down ever. He's away on business when he comes back with a women and not just that he's engaged to her.
Rachel's heart is so broken she takes time in the elevator to get regroup. That's when she meets Landon Court.

Landon a high profile guy. Business of buying hotels. He has a dark side that he hides. Won't let anyone get to know him. But Rachel has a one night stand and things change. She makes him happy. He ask her to go away for a work thing. He has also found out bits and pieces of her that she did not share.

Over time she finds that she loves him but won't tell him because he tell her that once females want more he's done with them. That's the hidden feelings that. Rachel is dealing with now. She tries to his them but can't always do that.

Great book. Loved every moment of it and can't wait for the next one.

I loved this book and I can't get enough of Landon, he is sexy, smart, and dominant. I really like Rachel but she drives me a little crazy at times. First off she falls in love way to easily and quick, secondly she is always thinking one thing (which we get to read) but saying another thing, I wish she would just say what she feels. Especially at the end, I was so angry and upset with how this book ended, really she is going to act like that, lead him to think one thing when she really thinks a different way. Then she keeps letting Jack interfere in her life, why would she still have anything to do with him? I really love the chemistry her and Landon have and I am curious to read more about his nightmares and his past with Evan Sinclair and his sister. I liked reading about Laurie and Brett and my heart broke for them as a couple, I hope that works out. I am anxious for the next book and am hoping she straightens out this mess she has now made with Landon sooner rather then later.

Completely captivating story that keeps you hooked from the start.

Loved the complexities in the characters. Rachel’s mind going between what she thought was the love of her life and nursing a broken heart, to discovering strong feeling to which she is not sure how to cope with.

How she understands she was never IN love, and how she is afraid to show her love to Landon just fearing his reaction and risking shattering her hearT yet again.

It’s almost hypnotizing how she was always lost in thoughts (hot ones) every time Landon around or having thoughts of him when he is not. Chemistry was above and beyond. It’s no mystery Laurie asked if she can still walk at some point.

Landon remains an enigma, a very tall and handsome one. I’ll be looking forward to know more about him.

This series has great potential. Rachel has been in love with Jack for years. He isn't going to commit to one woman or so he says. So sh goes on taking what little friendship she can from him. She is at a friends birthday party and Jack shows up with his fiancé. Rachel is upset and runs off. She is so upset that she can't leave the elevator crying so she hits the top floor button and ends up at the penthouse. Landon thinks she is a hooker sent by his younger brother as a birthday present. Rachel figures that one night of no strings attached sex is just what the doctor ordered. She leaves and doesn't give her number or anything. He finds her and hires her to write a story about a hotel he is renovating in California. The Sparks fly but will he run away if he knew her real feelings? I can't wait to read what happens next.

After reading the prequel the Hooker I was hooked on Landon Court ! I was hoping to see the chemistry between Rachel and Landon. Serena didn't disappoint me because he is hotness and Rachel too is a charming character. After a heart breaking love affair of two years, Rachel is ready to get involve with Landon for just a week. He relentlessly pursued her and wins her. They both enjoyed a nice relationship but along the line they are both expecting more from each other . Yet they remain cautious and distant . I can't wait to read what the next book will spin out. It was enjoyable to read Drawn to you and it was easy to connect with both the emotions of Landon and Rachel. One big question remains will Laurie get involve with Aidan the brother of Landon? Serena please give us reader an inkling.

I REALLY loved this book. The characters are so enjoyable ! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
First we have Rachel, a young woman, who had suffered a deception, but can't let go the feeling of liking someone that didn't deserve you.
Enters Landon, a rich, beautiful and sexy man. After one night together, and many misunderstoods they can't stay apart of each other, but Rachel don't want to give a real chance for them, she is always affraid, and stuck in the past.
Sometimes I feel sorry for Landon, he always so kind, and she has always a doubt, but the best part Iis that they are super hot together, I mean really hot
I hope that Rachel finally let go of Jack , "the traitor"( the one who made Rachel suffer).
I would like to know more about Landon's story ( in details
