Rate this book
You already have within you all that you need for psychological well-being. In Coming Home you will be gently guided toward your own realizations of the fundamental principles that underlie all human experience. These insights will raise your overall level of psychological well-being. They will help you realize your spiritual and psychological nature and allow you to live in harmony with life more fully. This book is a heartfelt tribute to Sydney Banks, who uncovered the foundational Principles that create and shape all of our psychological experiences. This understanding that is known as the Three Principles is now being shared worldwide in the fields of education, business, community renewal, policing and criminal justice, addictions, prevention, psychology and psychiatry. Coming home is realizing the truth of what it is that is creating all of your experiencing, and then being at ease with all the different experiences that life brings you. It is waking up to this always-existing inner world, and as you do, you will experience a shift in your level of well-being so that your feelings are uplifted and your thinking is helpful and inspired.

Going to call this one 3.5. The information will be familiar to those who have studied Dr. David Burns and his T.E.A.M. therapy model. The core concepts are simple - deceptively so. One of the challenges in presenting an idea such as "Your thoughts are not real" is following up with examples that don't become repetitive.

Still, I think this book has some value for someone who is already working with a therapist/life coach, and treat it as adjunct material rather than a how-to guide.

I didn't find this an easy book to read. It is another book on the 3 Principles, which in itself can be a frustrating topic to read about simply because it is something that you are not meant to grasp with your intellect. At times I found this book frustratingly vague and abstract in what is describing. But it is another book on the 3 Principles that I will return to.

Beautifully & Simply Profound

Simply speaks to the heart, lights up the soul, and facilitates a deeper exploration and understanding of the Principles. Insightful, awakening, and beautiful. A treat for the Soul and a guide home to who you truly are.

Excelente libro.
