What secret connects the death of two children and the horrific suicide of a pensioner 200 years later?
The Maynards are an ordinary family who move into an ordinary house, only to discover the grim truth of what happened to those who lived there before them. Without warning they are sucked into a chilling chain of events that rips their close family apart, and are forced to confront a malevolence which if not stopped, could be unleashed on the world, altering the future of humanity forever.
The Third Skull is a spectacular, page turning thriller combining mystery, paranormal, murder and suspense.
This is a very scary story involving ghosts, killers, and something very mysterious that spans centuries. It does have a cliffhanger ending but the second book is available. I'll be grabbing it right away.
I hoped for a bit more excitement, somehow it was less thrilling. Sure the characters are great and as well for all the details on the Area and persona.
I wish there has been a more detailed description of the Archetypa that you get a better picture of it. And for once it was predictable that Finn would definitely change when he put the Ring on. As well after the call from his neighbour the conversation with Gabriel Butler, you know that this will have something to do with Drake.
I wished there has been more of Heather with her connection to have conversation with Ghosts. The story was not that creepy as the Hill. Still I believe that Andrew Stafford has a great style to bring people and places to live with great details. But this one was not my favourite, sorry!
I almost didn't read this book because of the lack of editing. It was most annoying to see the frequent failure of the proper use of commas, and the word "whilst" must be a favorite . That being said, I found the subject matter intriguing and was annoyed to reach the end without an explanation. Sorry, I won't be continuing with the series.
I love this & I can't wait for more. I will be also leaving a review on Goodreads @ Amazon. And letting everyone know about it. So i gave it a 5 Stars.
