Psychopath was short and easy to get through, which made it fine for a low‑effort read. The idea behind the story definitely had room to grow into something more gripping, but it never really built on that potential. Nothing particularly stood out, and while it wasn’t bad, it also didn’t leave much of an impression once it was done.
