Good book
I enjoyed reading this book. I had a hard time understanding when Sven was talking because of the lisp. Eventually I was able to get the hang of reading it. Enjoyed the storyline.

Annoying
Lisp was annoying, sisters in law were just silly and the secrets reveal were uninteresting. Not the author's best work.

The latest in the Lacy Steele series was such a fun read. I hate to give spoilers and you can read the synopsis to find out what the book is about.
One important note: DO NOT attempt to read this book in bed while your spouse is sleeping or you run the risk of (a) waking them or (b) exploding from trying not to laugh!

I loved this book as I do the whole series. When Lacy's brother in law invites Lacy on a family getaway to a spa, Lacy is thrilled as she wants to lose some weight, Jason is happy figuring he and Lacy can have some time together. Between family and murder it is anything but relaxing.
I love Lacy and Jason together, they totally accept each other for who they are, quirks and all. There conversations have me laughing out loud many times. Lacy is a klutz but will jump in a do what's right whenever she can, Jason knowing this accepts it and tries to protect her as best he can...with Lacy it's almost downright impossible, her "accidents" also had me laughing out loud.
The mystery was good, I could not figure it out but was led to answer as well as Lacy. This story is told from both Lacy's and Jason's point of view and at no time does it get confusing, which was fun getting to see inside Jason's head. I eagerly await the next in this series.

One of the trainers if found dead in a supply closet and lacy wants to know who done it?
One of the other trainers is a suspect, but lacy wants Jason to help prove him innocent.

It's always a good day when I check Amazon and there's a new book available in a series I love!
The Lacey Steele books are always hilarious, and this one is yet another really funny addition to the series.
Lacey is invited to a health resort with the rest of her family and friends by her brother-in-law Tosh and his sisters. Strict dieting, first time skiing and murder make things very interesting for Lacey!

Love them all.
I've read all 9 books. Each one has been my favorite. I love the craziness that Lacy always seems to land in. This book definitely doesn't disappoint when it comes to laugh out loud moments, family fights, and twists and turns as to who done it. Very enjoyable and a quick read.

The best one yet!
This Lacy Steel had me laughing until I got a stitch in my side, put more than one lump in my throat, and I did not figure out the "guilty party" at all. If Lacy was real she would be someone you would want as your best friend.

An excellent addition to the series. Everyone has secrets! By the end, they're all blown wide open. I hope the next installment comes sooner than this one.

Lacy remains the KLUTZ! This lovable character with all her weaknesses still manages to solve another mystery. Great read. I hate skiing and the scene at the tow rope had me on the floor.
