Fifteen Irish artists are depicted with a short essay of their life and work along with a selection of colour reproductions of their paintings. The great artists include my favourites of Ireland's most interesting painters - Sir William Orpen, Sir John Lavery, William Leech and Walter Osborne. This beautiful book with over sixty colour works presents an invaluable introduction.
