Travis survives a plane crash in the Yukon by eating his dead friends. He returns home to find that he has become almost famous. While trying to slide back into his old life, he receives a letter from a strange man inviting him to a strange meeting with strange people. Accepting the invitation means that Travis cannot return to his old life. That life is gone. This is the life that remains.
