Rebecca Renner was born in Gainesville, FL. She writes mostly for National Geographic, but her other work has appeared in The New York Times, the Paris Review, the Atlantic, Tin House, and more. Her highly anticipated first book Gator Country will be published by Flatiron Books in November of 2023.
Rebecca has a great imagination for writing. These short stories give you that glimpse into her life. My favorites were the first one and the last two. I let my Amazon Echo read it to me so that I could finish it in one day. I probably could have finished it without the benefit of it, but I. love listening. Rebecca Renner did a great job. :-)
Another Five Patients is the debut novel by Melissa Crickard, a physician. Rick Bryant is a tough doctor steamy and changes as the book goes on. The female characters as always these days kick some butt.
